Description of Work: Emailed Contractor for information regarding his construction of my home. Needed critical repairs immediately.

Description of Work: We built a house with them. We closed on a Wednesday round April 3, 2014. We moved some stuff in various rooms. On Sunday April 5th we were moving items in and noticed the entire floor wood floor in one bedroom had come up as well as part of another room and part of the living room. We were very upset....when we contacted the builder he told us that there had been a flood and blamed it on kids that had gotten in. It turns out it was his guys that had not secured something under one of the sinks properly. It took over a month and a half to get fixed...we were going out of town and had movers scheduled I had to "throw a fit" they just were not in a hurry to fix it.....bottom line is that we feel they were very dishonest and should have told us about the problem...they tried to fix it and were hoping they would never have to tell us. Other things.....once you sign with this group you are on their timetable.....so if you both work it is hard to get everything picked out etc without feeling very rushed. The quality seems good but we can't get over the dishonesty!
