 + -1 moreOverall I would give them a B. They did the job but they had a lot of cleanup to do. They had to come out and take a look at it one time. They did it, but I had no real complaint against them. The guys that were doing the work were a little sloppy. Their pricing was about normal. They did not give me a good price, but they did not give me a bad one, either. I think their punctuality was alright. I give them a B for professionalism, mostly because of the sloppiness of the workers, otherwise no problem. I don't think there's any of them any better, at least I have found any.
Description of Work: They put in a new heating and air conditioning unit because my old one broke down.

Description of Work: I have used Rick's company for 29 years. They replaced my whole HVAC system in spring, 2013, including attic duct work. They do professional work. I have a yearly service agreement with them for semi-annual preventative maintenances.

Description of Work: Complete system replacement performed. A Bryant system installed with a 96,1% efficiency heating unit installed. AC was a 16 SER unit.
