 + -1 moreI found Matt Curtis through some recommendations. After talking to him several times, I decided he would be able to give me the custom wood floor I was looking for. I really wanted a very particular look and feel of the wood and I felt like he really understood. He had me come look at some wood samples and stain samples before he did the estimate. The estimate was exactly what I paid. He picked the wood, milled the wood, prepped it and installed it. He also stained and finished it and it is beautiful and more importantly, exactly what I wanted! After being told many times by other floor installers that what I wanted wasn't what they did, it was refreshing to have a contractor who got as excited about my floor as I did. Description of Work: Matt Curtis of Artisan Wood Floor Designs personally found the wood for my new home. He listened to what I wanted and made sure he found wood that would give me the look I wanted. The wood was acclimating to Oklahoma long before it was installed in my home. That attention to detail and love of the product they install is why I would highly recommend them. The installation was flawless and all the suggestions on how to treat the floor during the building process was spot on to give me the look I wanted. I am thrilled with the results! I can't say enough about how easy it was to work with Artisan and how professional they all were. No problems at all! That is such an unusual experience in building. They found the wood for the particular look. They installed it and finished it. Wonderful!
