They came out the same day we called because they actually had the part. The cost was high but was comparable to what we had found it might be. There was a minor issue after they left...some looseness as if things hadn't been tightened properly but they responded very favorably, said they stand behind their work, and were out the next day to fix things. I would definitely recommend this company.

He arrived just an hour after I called. He explained in detail why my frig couldn't be repaired and gave me lots of information on the purchase of a new one. He didn't charge me a dime - not even a service charge! Very friendly and professional. I will definitely be a repeat customer when a need arises.

The technician was punctual. He knew exactly what was wrong. He did have to go get the part but returned that afternoon and had it fixed in 20min.

Came out the next day after I called, honest & fair, did an excellent job. Would call them again if needed.

Adam showed up at the scheduled time. Evaluated the refridgerator and gave a cost estimate. We decided to have the work done, so he proceeded with the repairs.

Overall- I made a poor choice in a dishwasher in the first place. It could NOT be repaired for less than $500.00. So the man recommended I purchase a new one, (Which he does not sell or install). I appreciated his honesty, as he COULD have charged me (like the prior repair man) and let it break down again. He took the time to explain the problem, tell me why it was better replaced than fixed, and was very helpful in that regard!

I called Dans on Friday afternoon because my dishwasher was making a terrible noise and was not draining the water. I spoke with a guy named Jim there and he said they were pretty booked up that afternoon but could have a tech out first thing in the morning between 8 and 10. The next morning the technician gave me a courtesy call at 7:45 to let me know he was in route to my home. The technician that showed up was named Adam. He was very polite and professional. He pumped all of the water out of our dishwasher with his shop vac and removed the drain pump and found that the impeller was locked up in the pump. To our surprise he actually had a new pump on his truck and was able to get us fixed up going. On top of that he chatted with us for about 15 minutes about tips and tricks on our dishwasher to improve cleaning which we have used and it has vastly improved the white build up we were getting on our dishes. I highly recommend this company.

I called Dan's Applience Repair and got All Pro Appliance repair as Dan's was recommended on Angies List. The Technition arrived on time as promised, introduced himself and explained that Dan had retired and All Pro had aquired the business. After opening up the washer he determined that the "swash plate" and Universal joints were worn allowing the tub to slosh water over the side during the spin cycle. He figured the repair parts to be $595.00 plus labor. He said the parts for the Calypso were very expensive as Sears discontinued the Calypso after two years due it's many problems. Also that 8 years for this model was exceptional service. The Tech recommended that the Calypso not be repaired due the the cost of parts and additional labor. All Pro Appliance repair charged me $55.00 for the evaluation. The technition was Uniformed, friendly and very professional. I would use All Pro again when I need washer service

Every thing went very well and the gentleman done the job very quickly. he also had a part with him which made it go alot faster. I will use this company again if need be.

We paid them $55 for the diagnostic. The guy was really nice and he told us how much it would cost to fix and it wasn't worth fixing. The dishwasher wasn't draining and he took the time to suction out all the nasty water and he gave us information about dishwashers for the future.

Dan was punctual and service call was only $55 which I thought was very reasonable, he picked up replacement part and was finished quickly.

Made my call on a Friday. Dan came Monday. Wasn't able to repair due to age of dryer. Recommended another company. I called them and they came on Wednesday. I would use Dan again based on his honesty and referral.

Dan is the owner of Dan's Appliance Repair and is a very professional gentleman who is always reliable in every way when we call for washer/dryer or oven repairs etc. He usually will come out the same day that we call. We would, and have, highly recommened him to friends and family!
