Wonderful customer service! Came the first day we called (after we had contacted others who condole came – than checked with angie's list). The salesman was courteous and thorough but not pushy serviceman were excellent in their work, clean- up, and explanation highly recommend.

We had a problem with the outside unit of the air conditioning not coming on. My husband had already checked several things out and thought it was an electrical problem within the unit. It's a fairly new unit. Bryan from Aire Serv came out and checked out the unit and determined the problem was that a bug had gotten into an electrical part and was preventing something from making a connection. Simple, fast ;and easy fix! Couldn't have been happier with his service, kindness, and honesty. Will definitely use them again and have already passed their info onto others!

We got a same day appointment to assess the problem. They were very thorough and explained all of our options. We asked for an appointment with a salesman to discuss their products. He worked with us within our budget and made sure we covered all our needs. They were going to charge our old system free to get us by, but since that didn't work (our fault, not theirs) they arranged to move up our installation date. All of their employees are professional and courteous -- from the initial call, through the entire assessment, sales and installation, to the final cleanup! The old system was installed improperly and they fixed all of those issues for us, also! We are extremely pleased and impressed with this company.

Friendly and honest. First inspection by Andy. Gave us options. Clint & his crew that came to do the work were wonderfully nice professional & thorough Neal, Michael & Oake were super helpful too! They spoiled us!

We selected Aire Serv after getting bids from 5 vendors. We had never heard of Aire Serv before, but they made the initial cut because of their solid reputation on Angie's List. They also sold American Standard, a product which over the past few years has consistently earned high reviews from Consumer Reports for being the most reliable unit. initial bids from all companies were higher than we expected, but Andrew Walker did everything he could to make sure their bid was the most competitive and offered the most bang for the buck. Although price was a factor, the deciding factor was the entire company's attitude towards customer service. The owner Scott follows up on many reviews on Angie's list, both positive and negative. It was important to us what to expect if things don't go exactly as planned. Their response to review told us what kind of service we could expect after the sale. They care about their reputation, and back it up with great service. We were a little hesitant about going with a smaller company from a small town, as opposed to going with a "big" company, but they were a lot closer to Edmond/OKC than we thought! We were so glad we chose Aire Serv. If we could give an A+ rating, we would! Based on the reviews we read of full installations, it was no surprise to see that the crew that came to perform the installation was Clint, Mike, Neal and Gabe. They were professional, friendly, hard-working and efficient. They respected our home, taking care not to make or leave a mess. They answered all of our questions throughout the day. They arrived on-time and finished the installation the same day. They went above and beyond to make sure every detail was covered. We had some special requests the crew performed happily. They took out the old gas valve and computer board from the old system that we had just recently replaced with a different company. They also installed a new attic ladder that we had purchased, which Andrew and I had agreed upon initially. Because of the size of the new unit, the old attic ladder had to come out. We wanted a heavier duty ladder installed, and they were happy to put back any ladder we wanted! They even cut the new ladder to size and added new trim! As promised, there were no surprise additional costs. It looked to us that they replaced a lot more duct than probably either of us expected, which probably came at an additional cost to them, which was done with a positive attitude. Again, we were so glad that used Angie's List to find Aire Serv. We found a great company that we look forward to doing business with for years to come! Anyone considering a full system installation should give these guys a good look. They have a great reputation, not only with Angie's List, but by their peers. Other vendors that gave bids said that Aire Serv would provide good work, and they were right!

I've had them do more work for me. I had them out in the Summer of 2015. It took them about 45 minutes. It's all been good.

The Aire Serv technician, Michael, was on time, thorough and very courteous. We continued to have problems after he left and Dan, another Aire Serv tech, came and resolved the problem quickly.

Very easy process. Job completed in one day. All workers were neat & tidy, courteous.

I checked Angies list for companies and recognized their name from around my neighborhood. Clint came and actually recognized that he had put in our unit back in '04 before I owned the house & knew who I had bought the house from! It was not the igniter, turns out the sensor was dirty and needed to be cleaned. He fixed that and did some other things to make sure it was in tip top condition. We even asked him about a problem we've noticed during the summer time and he was very helpful to tell us what we could do on our own to fix the small problem. With the temps being 14 degrees that morning and 27 that night on a Sunday, we were thankful that they came out in a timely manner & were very professional. They didn't try to get us to pay for an expensive unnecessary part that wasn't needed, like I've heard from other local companies. Very honest.

It took 4 different service calls but they got it fixed! First call, the gentleman misdiagnosed the issue but thought he got it working. The next day we realized it was not working properly so he came back to try again. He tried something else that got the furnace working for a week or so but then quit working - I had already paid them at this point. When I called, Scott was prompt to get someone else out to the house who was able to correctly diagnose the issue but did not have the proper parts to fix it. A different crew came out the next day and did fix the problem, got the furnace working properly again and did not charge me anything else since I had already paid them for the original service that did not fix the issue. I have used Air Serv a couple times now and have been pleased with their level of service and fairness.

Overall, I'm very impressed with the responsiveness and professionalism of the two technicians that worked on this very difficult problem. I recognize it's tough to troubleshoot intermittent problems once everything is working again. There was no obvious single point of failure but through all of their tests, cleaning and adjustments, the furnace system is again working fine. I'll be sure to use these guys in the future.

Dan did a very thorough job on both furnaces getting us ready for the winter! Very professional and points out potential problems to watch out for. He encouraged us to get carbon monoxide detectors which we did. I will be using Dan and Aire Serv again.

Replaced air filters, cleaned and tested flame sensor, etc. Checked for cracks in exchanger cells, made sure no CO was detected. Electrical connections were clean and tight and verified voltage and amps on all leads in both stages. Verified gas pressure and heat rise temperatures per MERSPECS. The price set up was paid through a contract I have with them for summer and winter tune ups. Aire Serv is a great company. All of the employees that I have met are just super nice people. I wish all companies were like them.

I called this morning. they had someone out within 3 hours. Dan, the tech, was prompt, friendly, respectful and quick! He identified the problem which required a part he didn't have. He went and picked one up and I had a working heater in no time at all. Everything about the call was great!

First off, AirServ offers convenient scheduling with online options and they promptly scheduled an appointment. The technician(Dan) arrived at the scheduled time and was extremely thorough and professional. We have an older unit, but Dan was able to spot a bad part and help us to wring a little more life from our system. Dan took his time and explained exactly what services were performed and made helpful recommendations on how we can extend the life of our HVAC system. We moved to our new home in June, but wanted AirServ to continue to perform our service as they did in our last home. As a company, they've always been consistent in the quality of service and they truly value their customers. I really appreciate the fact that they're prompt and call their customers. I value my time and cannot stand it when service providers expect customers to wait at home with 8-hour service windows. When the time comes to purchase a new system, I'll trust AirServ to take care of us!

The company that installed my new air conditioning unit and furnace in February of 2013 went out of business and left town; so I needed a new company to do my fall and spring service. I signed up for the Silver Advantage plan which cost $159.00 and included both this fall tune up and my spring tuneup forthcoming. The Silver Advantage plan offers discount on parts if needed in the future; and rapid response 7 days a week if emergency service is required. I called the office for an appointment after checking them out on Angie,s list and make an appointment for a technician to come out. Andrew Walker arrived promptly at the agreed time. Andrew is very professional and friendly; and after asking him several questions found that he had over 10 years experience. Some Air Conditioning people tend to be fast talkers and have very little experience and just want to sell you un-neccessary add ons. Andrew was very experienced and very professional. Andrew has great customer service skills. I am a retired salesman and require a good experienced individual who knows his business and doesn't give you a lot of baloney and lip service. Andrew Walker is a real professional who I felt very at ease with. I found it very interesting that Andrew presented me with a Rebate Application to be sent to Oklahoma Natural Gas for a $30.00 credit for having done a fall tune-up on my equipment. I have never been make aware by any other company of such a rebate. Everything went fine with Andrew, and I just can't say enough good things about him.

Dan called me and came out same day, fixed the problem and charged me a fair price. He also looked over the unit and gave me some advice on maintenance. I have 10 rentals and i definitely would use again

Went very well. Donnie Young was the tech, he was super nice, explained everything in detail. We purchased a service plan for heat and A/C $159 and the labor, filter & igniter was $129.

Dan even reminded me of a company coupon I'd forgotten about. I feel very secure using this company. Have used it for years.

Clint and Neal called ahead of time, arrived on time, completed work quickly and efficiently. Took time to answer questions fully and completely. Overall good experience.

Clint called before arriving. Did work, etc., Great work! They also installed units 12 years ago. Have always been reliable and great workers.

Dan was on time, clean, professional. He checked all elements of the furnace and changed filters. He explained some issues that may need to be addressed in the next few years. I trust him 100%.

Clint and Neal were early - introduced themselves. Kind and polite - helped me with the control panel - unit works great.

Technician telephoned before arrival and arrived at scheduled time. Was personable and responsive and took time to explain what he was doing and why. At completion of the service he provided a detailed check list of what he did and what he found and took time to explain what it showed. Was very pleased with the experience, and certainly plan to call on their services again
