Description of Work: This is the 2nd time I have use Aire Serv and have been completely satisfied with each visit. Would definitely use and recommend them again.

Description of Work: The technican had been watching over the past several service check-ups the ignitor and hadn't said anything because up to this point he felt that it would function with no problem. This year it had "hot spots" and so he suggested replacing it which saved me from having the furnace suddenly not start. I appreciated his "watching" it and making the suggestion to replace at the right time which has saved me from having no furnace this winter. He also remembered that our gas company was giving rebates again this year and filled out the paperwork for me. I always ask for the same technician and in doing so he prevented a potential loss of heat for me.

Description of Work: Professional and informative servicing of my heating units. I always feel confident my heating and air units will work through the season without incident. These guys have been my go-to company for 12 years. Never a problem or an issue. They are the best.

He did an excellent job on the service. Hopefully he will do the service on the Air Cond. system next year. I recommend Aire Serv highly!

Description of Work: repaired and replaced AC parted from an attempted theft of AC unit. Aire-serve has been my go to since I found them on Angie's List.

Description of Work: We had a power fluctuation and our AC, well, and internet went out. We were anticipating a massive repair bill. However, the professionals at AireServ came out, looked at our unit, and just informed us where the secondary breaker was for our unit, spot checked the unit for any other potential issues, and cleared away some debris from the intake.

Description of Work: The service man inspected my furnace and gave me great information on the furnace and filters as well as important information on carbon monoxide detectors. He was professional, prompt, knowledgeable, and helpful. I will definitely call them again!

Description of Work: They checked out the central heating unit to see if it was working properly and suggested a new unit that would be sized better for our house. Checked for safety and efficiency of our old unit.

Description of Work: Checked out an older A/C unit on a house prior to placing the house on the market. Validated the working order of the unit and made some realistic projections for cost of coil replacement, if necessary. (it wasn't)

Description of Work: Thorough check up/ service for both my heat pump/A/C and courteously answered in good teaching format my many questions. and even used a marker to label parts of the system and for proper placement of the right-sized filter I have just now contacted them for my spring service. I cannot imagine having someone more helpful!
