Description of Work: They’re coming out next week. They come out in the spring and then the fall. I have them come out twice a year. It’s just getting your heating unit ready for the winter, or getting your air conditioner ready for the spring.

Description of Work: They Replaced a bad capacitor in my AC. They arrived on time and went right to work. The problem was determined quickly and they explained to me what it was, what it would cost and how long it would take. They gave me a discount for being an Angie's list member! Description of Work: I called about a hotel type heat/ac unit that was notcooling in the sunroom. Turns out that type of unit is not designed to be recharged if it runs low on refrigerant and the tech was not able to service. He didn't even charge a service call, even when we attempted to pay him.
