They came out for a service call on our ac unit. They replaced the filter and fixed our problem.

They did really great work. We thought something was wrong with our unit, but it was just a filter, so they only charged us for a service call.

We purchased a home in Edmond with 18-year old HVAC systems. They weren't working properly when we moved in, and we called Aire Serv. They sent Donnie out within a day or two of contacting them, and he arrived on time and introduced himself properly. The truck was well-maintained and labeled with the company logo, and his uniform was clean. He was very polite throughout the entire process and took time to educate me about the system and point out several deficiencies and the options available to me. In the end, the system is really too old to justify major repairs and we will likely replace them with new ones soon. However, Donnie did what he could to make the system run properly and efficiently, and we haven't had any problems with them since then. He seemed to be very thorough in his evaluation and knowledgeable about his trade. He even had ONG rebate forms with him and filled them out for me (I didn't even know about the rebate program - having just moved here). I was very pleased with his work and look forward to working with Aire Serv when I am ready to replace my HVAC systems.

I am a technician in another field and I could tell that Donny knew his business. He is the best Heat and Air guy I have ever come across. I have had other technicians come out to look over my system but none did as thorough a job. Donny showed me where other techs had taken short cuts or did not do certain things. He took the time to answer my questions, which I probably asked too many, but he was patient and gave unambiguous answers. Though Donny was there to do a furnace tuneup he also checked my coil which he found to be too dirty. When I had asked a previous technician to check the coil he told me he didn't need to, he could tell by the way it ran that it was ok. Donny showed me that he never checked the differential temperature and could not have known the coil condition. I told Donny I was willing to pay extra to get the coil cleaned and serviced but he told me it was best to wait until spring so he could also perform the necessary checks for the AC, it was not warm enough that day to get a good check of the system. Sometimes you can find a tech that knows his trade, however, not all of them are willing to go the extra mile to make sure they do a good job. Donny does not shortcut the job, he is conscientious and puts pride in his work.

I have used this service for many years. They are honest, dependable, courteous, respectful, clean-cut, intelligent, and their uniform shirts and pants always look crisp and clean. About 3 years ago I had them install a completely new heat/AC system in my 21-year-old home. They did the work in 3-days while I was at work, and I never had one concern about the safety of my home.

They deserve an awesome rating. The AC wasn't working when the temperature was in triple digits. They got out there the following day. They were able to find out there weren't any major problems involved. They did clean it and it only cost me $80 to check her system, make sure it was all okay and all they really had to do was start it. They did a great job and they gave me a $50 coupon off for someone else. I referred them to my housekeeper who didn't have AC all summer long and they were able to get her AC fixed. She called them on Friday and they came out in Monday. If I have any problems they will come here too.

It’s an extremely fair company. They are very dependable and they do excellent work. It didn’t cost anything for the service since I bought the units from them and they are new. I paid for the new installation. I would definitely use their services in the future too.

this summer electric bills skyrocketed, doubled from last years. Air conditioner seemed to never shut off. We called another service company who went directly to the air handler (furnace) in the attic (why the attic, air conditioner is outside?) where he found the sequencer was not fixed, wrong switch installed, and our heat has been coming on as well as the air conditioner causing the air conditioner to stay on the cool the heat coming out.

He was very informative, personable, and answered all of my questions. I've worked with them over the years and the owner has always been good to deal with as well. I feel like they gave me a good deal on the freon.

My experience with them has been very good. He s really courteous and he gives seniors a discount. The people always turn up on time and do a good job. I will have them back.

Scott and his crew were absolutely the nicest guys I have ever met. They kept everything picked up as they went, and explained everything to me in terms I could understand. I was very, very pleased with them. They weren't the least expensive, but they weren't the most expensive bid I received either. They did however provide a level of service I would have happily paid more for. They were excellent! I highly recommend them and will continue to use them for my ongoing seasonal services and any future repairs I may need. Now my system runs for a little bit and shuts off. I am looking forward to a much more reasonable utility bill. And I gained an extra closet for storage where the old system used to be!
