They are very personable, open, honest, punctual, and informative. They were even nice enough to inform me about a rebate that they offer for having the heater serviced every year.

I chose them because they were number one on Angie's List. They did the service free of charge. I called them one morning. They couldn't really get me in that morning, but they had a cancelation and then they called back and got me in right away. I thought that was great. In fact, I plan on getting a new heating and air conditioning unit, and they will be the ones to do the job.

Wire Serv was the only compny in the competition that gave estimate in a timely manner.

It was great service! They were very efficient and we got to us very quickly. We have absolutely no complaints with them.

After I purchased the coupons I contacted the Scott, via e-mail. He was prompt to reply and we set up a date that was convenient for me. Andy came out and did a very thorough inspection and told me how to complete paper work for a rebate from ONG. He had some other recommendations and gave me names and numbers of people that would be able to assist me. Both Andy and Scott were professional and I would use them again.

I HAD A RETURN CALL ALMOST IMMEDIATELY AFTER LEAVING A MESSAGE ON A SUNDAY AFTERNOON. THEY ASSURED ME I WOULD HAVE SOMEONE ON THE PREMISES BY NOON THE NEXT DAY AND THEY WERE TRUE TO THEIR WORD/PROMISE. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY.

They arrived on time. He completed the inspection as described. He also completed and left a $30 rebate form for ONG.

The service was good and the company called ahead of time to alert me of approximate arrival which was helpful.

I bought the Big Deal for furnace tune-up/ service for winter. Andy came from Aire Serv. He was very courteous-- even wore booties to avoid tracking in dust/dirt. They gave me the same deal for my 2nd furnace instead of charging the original price. He also replaced the filters for no charge. And he informed me of, and helped complete paperwork for an ONG rebate. I will get $70 back in rebates from ONG for the $98 dollars in work I had done. A great deal! I plan to have Aire Serv return in the spring for my air conditioner tune-ups.

They were very respectful and explained the maintenance and why they were recommending a new system.

They seemed to be very pleasant. We are very pleased with them. They gave me a copy of the rebate we get through our gas service, ONG.

Got the A/C tune-up special on angie's list. Tech (Donnie) was on time and very professional. Showed me how to clean and maintain the A/C between service calls. Showed me how to replace a relay that was failing and where to get it (he didn't have any to replace it, and since this wasn't a service call he couldn't return later to replace it without charging), it was a really simple fix, very glad he showed me how to swap it out rather than having to do a service call. My A/C is currently under sized for my house and my furnace is original to the house (27 years old), so I will probably be replacing these units soon. Aire Serv will definitely be at the top of my list of companies to perform that work.

Although Aire Serv Heating/AC in Jones, OK did not actually perform any work yet, a repairman has been out twice to help alleviate the problem. They were so friendly, professional and informative. From the owner/dispatcher, Scott, to the repairman, Donnie, they were so helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous (listened intently to my description of problem). I was not getting heat from the furnace and, because i actually have a heat pump which is supposed to come on first and only turn over to the furnace part when it's very cold and, after checking things out for more than an hour each day, he suggested I just bypass the heat pump, go directly to furnace heat, and that has corrected the problem temporarily. In the spring, I will have them back out to do a complete inspection and they will then do any necessary repairs. Also, both times I called, Donnie was out within an hour (unheard response time in today's world). I love this company!!!

The technician, Andy, was very personable and listened to my concerns about soot around the heat vents and a continuing burning smell even though heat had been used beyond what you would assume was dust burnoff. He advised me that burning candles was the probable cause of the soot problem, which makes great sense. He also discovered an open gap on the air intake on the heat unit that was probably causing the lingering burning smell by drawing in attic dust and debris. He repaired it at no extra charge. This morning I noticed no burning smell. I am very satisfied with Aire Serv and would recommend them to anyone.

They are always incredibly professional and courteous. In the middle of the blizzard a couple winters back my heater went out. They came out in unbearably cold and treacherous conditions, within hours of my calling, and got me up and running again! They even apologized for showing up in unmarked vehicles rather than driving their official work trucks with their logo on them...I was impressed they were even able to get to my house with all the snow and ice!! I feel that they help you to maximize the life of your system, giving you pros and cons of recommended repairs, and don't try to needlessly up-sell of service or products. I've recommended these guys to several friends!

Aire Serv had someone out to my house in an hour despite this not being an emergency! Now that is fast service! Everything was done quickly and cleanly and the furnace is working great now! THANKS!

They arrived, looked at the unit, checked more things than have ever been checked by any other a/c company and I have used several different ones through the years. Were polite and courteous.

Very good at finding the issue quickly and amazed that they could actually reach the spot where the leak occurred. Kept me apprised during the job and consulted with me on how best to reach the leak with minimal impact to finished walls.

Absolutely incredible. The people are great. I really think they hire based on how nice/integrity their applicants are. 1) We just bought a new house and Andy can out to check the existing ac unit and got it running after a lot of work on a 107*F day. He had lots of appts and was in a hurry. As he was already packed up and leaving he had a suspicion the unit wasnt working 100% so he went back and took the whole thing apart to test it again. He didnt have to but he wanted to do a good job. Turned out our AC broke and we needed a new one. 2) Had to put in duct work that should have only taken a couple hours, but because it was an old home they had to do so many alterations to their origiinal plans and spent 2 days working on it. Didnt cut ANY corners and did extra work to make sure ducts were not squashed. And they still kept origional quote, no extra charges. I am somewhat of a handyman who likes to do EXCELLENT work and in every way they were excellent. Any other complany wouldve cut corners. they didnt.

They were prompt, stuck to their schedule, and they were very conscientious to avoid leaving a mess. Overall, I was satisfied with the work that they did.

I had purchased a coupon for the service of 3 units. The price was great, although I did have to wait several weeks to get scheduled. That was no problem for me as I had no immediate needs. The guy that came out was informative and helpful. I look forward to using this company for my hear and air needs.

They gave me about half the discount. They didn't really honor the whole thing, but I was fine with it. They put fragrant in the ac unit, and gave me what I purchased with the big deal off the final cost. I wasn't happy or sad the experience

The service man called ahead, letting us know he was on his way. He arrived on time, completed the repairs and went over the items with us. Because of the quality of the work, the unit will last many more years now.
