Great service, great price, very pleased

After coming out to look at the unit for possible repairs, we agreed it was time to replace it. Our hot water tank and fence had just given up the ghost and they whole team was very sensitive to my family and our needs. We agreed on a price and set a date for the install for later that same week. They guys called to let me know they were on the way and arrived when they promised. They walked us through exactly what they were doing and how long it would take. The technicians were plesant, couteous, and fast with their work. When they finished, you couldn't tell they had even been in our home except for the blissful cool air now coming from our vents! I could not recommend this company any higher, they were a god send.

The "kid" that came to my house was a little inexperienced in my opinion to render a remedy. After checking the motor shaft in question, it was not the issue. I made him put it back on and make sure the fan was properly attached. He was going to charge me over $600.00 for the repairs and a new motor which was not required. The air conditioner has worked just fine since.

The technician arrived on time and was very professional. He was very helpful in determining which areas of the house were covered by each unit. I would highly recommend this company and will use them in the future.

I had kind of an involved question for an estimate. So Scott talked to me over the phone and explained what was happening. He later that day came out to do an estimate. Fortunately, there was no issue. But he informed us of a way we could prevent any future issues that would save us a lot of money. He was very professional and if we have are any future AC issues, we will definitely call Aire Serv.

Very polite, helpful and seemed forthright and honest. As our unit is older, we will need a new one eventually and will buy from this company.

He arrived when he said he would, inspected the. air conditioning unit, and confirmed that we did need a new unit. We were just needing a second opinion.

From my initial meeting with Andy the salesman, to shaking hands and saying goodbye to the installers, It could not have gone better. They were on time, got right to work, were mindful of any deris left in my home and they were all very professional. I would recommend them and I will use them in the future.

The services provided were as per the coupon. The technicians were thorough and completed mini tasks in an attempt to increase air flow in my home. They were professional while in the home but after the work was completed they said they were going to talk with their boss and have someone else come out to review some possible changes with air ducts for an even better air flow. I have yet to hear from them so I guess I would not recommend them to others for this reason. I feel if you say you are going to return with more options that may help me and don't then you are not trustworthy. Up to this point I had a positive attitude...maybe they were overworked so I was overlooked. If they had returned or even called after the initial visit they would be recommended to others and I may have used them again..

These people were impressive from the first call to leaving after the job was done. Top drawer approach and attitude throughout. They were responsive when I first called and asked for someone to come by and give me a quote. Scott told me exactly who would give me the estimate, Andy, and when he would come. Andy called ahead and was exactly on time. He gave me a thorough explanation of what our options were and provided honest feedback and recommendations. Andy gave me his cell number and said I could call him over the weekend if need be. When I had questions a couple of days later he got right back to me with answers. They offered a number of discounts/rebates, accommodated my request for a quick turnaround on the work and continued to work with us every step of the way. Clint and the installing crew were also extremely professional. They called ahead and showed up exactly when promised. They also over-delivered on getting the job done quickly. Originally it was scheduled for an afternoon and the following morning but they came at noon and stayed with it until completing everything the same day. All three guys on the crew were very friendly and respectful. They treated the house like a surgical suite, putting on shoe covers every time they entered. They worked continuously the entire time they were here, answered every question we had, clearly explained what we needed to know about the new system, then thoroughly cleaned where they had been working. Excellent. I think quality customer service is a rarity these days. It's great to know about businesses who still believe in the concept and deliver. You can tell Aire Serv is serious about doing things the right way. I will use them again without question if the need arises.

It went well for me. They came out when they said they were going to come out. They did what they were suppose to do. Everything was fine.

I received a coupon from angies list for a heating and air consult for 37.50. I paid for it. I emailed the company and angies list never heard a thing from them or angies list. At this point i went somewhere elase and bought two new units I want my money back and will never respond to any of angies list deals again!!!!

Professional from start to finish. Men were focused, courteous and knowledgeable. I had other companies give me estimates but no one impressed me like this company.

My experience with Aire Serv was very positive from start to finish. I made my appointment with Scott who called my wife 1/2 hour before he came out for the appointment as I asked him to. He did his work quickly and thoroughly and was very professional. He had ONG rebates pre-filled out for me so I could take advantage of their rebate at the time.

Friedly office folks got me an apt for 4 hrs later. Friendly and professional technician called twice to give me expected arrival time and again shortly before arriving. Class act all around plus Angie's List discount!

Scott and his crew came in (with the cute shoe covers), arrived on time and installed the new thermostats. Scott came back buy that evening to check on the installation and go through the programming and web setup with us. They are, as always, professional, pleasant, polite and precise.

Provided a timely estimate, offered and discussed alternatives; delivered new; removed old; installed new; added additional features; completed work as estimated and scheduled; cleaned up during and after work segments; hauled away all remnants of old system; very professional; courteous; final cost as estimated - no surprises.This was the third project Aire Serve completed for me with the same level of satisfaction. Will likely use them again.

Got our heat working but explained it would only be a temporary fix until we make a decision on a new unit. He gave me great advice on everything and did not charge me since he couldn't guarantee how long it would last. Honesty means more to me than anything and I felt he was completely honest and very helpful.
