We bought this for a neighbor and they were more than pleased. They reported that they showed up as promised, installed the unit with no problems and cleaned up when they left.

The service turned out fine. They checked my two air conditioners and said that everything was fine. They were really nice and they got through really quickly. There was no problem with them. They charged me about $108 or $118 for both air conditioners. They were good. They came and explained to me what they were doing and all that. Their price was also good and they did great.

We were very happy with them overall. They were not the cheapest nor were they the most expensive. We decided to go with them because they had a great warranty and very good customer service reviews. We were very happy with how the service went.

The technicians arrived on time on the day of the appointment. They went straight to work and were very professional, careful and polite. The technicians cleaned up before they left. The unit has been in the house for approximately one month. It works perfectly. We are very satisfied and would recommend Aire Service Heating and Air to anyone who wants excellent service.

I purchased a big deal from Angie's List and their services turned out excellent. They were prompt and they were on time. They were thorough. The coupon that I purchased was deducted from a total cost, because they did not do just what the coupon involved. It was a significant saving and I was very pleased.

Replaced bad contacter after air conditioner unit had quit cooling, he also verified the proper volts and amps and recommended a service visit. They were very responsive and came the day after I called. I felt very comfortable having them do the service. I also purchased the silver advantage plan while Donnie was here, they came out again on July 30 and did a spring service visit and found the capicitor wasn't performing well and recommended that it be replaced. I had Andy replace the capicitor, which was an additional $177. I would highly recommend Aire Serv, they are fast efficient and seem very trustworthy.

Dan B from Air Serv returned my call within an hour and got here shortly thereafter. Looked @ unit and determined freon was needed, so he put that in and was gone. Love them!

They were excellent. It was absolutely great. I called them before I actually bought the coupon because it seemed almost too good to be true. So I called them and said I just don't want there to be any crazy cost and they said no problem, they will come out and take a look at it anyway, because they want to make sure before they accept the coupon from anybody, that it will work. So they came out, it was a very nice guy. He sat down and explained all the options that were available. So we elected to use the coupon and do a little bit above what we needed to. We needed some extra work done, like an extra return and so those guys had a very fair pricing on that. They were super nice. They used great parts and were very professional. I was impressed. The deal was for a Seer 13 and we upgraded to a Seer 14.5 and had one additional duct put in. We paid an extra $3500. The guy who actually came out who designed the system, whom we talked to the very first, he ended up coming out and helped the technician installed it. They were here all day and it was perfect. Their attention to detail and professionalism was great. It's just what I wanted. They thought of everything.

They were dependable and came when they said they would.

He was very knowledgeable and found the problem when no other company could. He was efficient and did the job in reasonable time.

Purchased the air system on a special that ran on Angie's List which included the installation. Aire Serve sent their rep Andy out to verify the work that would be required and since we were installing a bigger unit we needed to replace the furnace as well. Clint and Billy came out the day of the appointment and installed the complete system that day. So far everything has worked great and all of the employees that I have been in contact with have been very professional. If you are considering any heat and air work I would highly recommend Aire Serv.

First of all the process of purchasing a service coupon with Angies list was extremely easy as was the scheduling for the work to be done. Their receptionist was very efficient and so helpful in scheduling the date and time. Because my job does not allow me to leave for big chunks of time, they were able to give me a specific time that they would be there. Very Nice. Actually, Andy was there waiting for me to arrive. I loved their punctuality, honesty, and professionalism. Andy was extremely knowledgeable regarding air conditioners and diagnostic abilities. Will recommend this company highly and will use them again.

They are just excellent. I can't say enough good things about them. We used them through Angie's List big deal and they performed their job well. So we hired them to do some additional work for us and right now one of our conditioning units is out in our house and they have been already addressed the problem. They had to order part so it is not running yet. We would be using them for all of our air conditioning needs in the future. They are prompt. If you have an emergency situation they understand that and they deal with it. Then they take you to the place that you need to be on the list in order to take care of whatever your needs are. They are prompt and once you are established with hem then they treat you as a preferred customer and that doesn't cost you anything to become a preferred customer. What that means is that once you have had their service, if you call with a broken air-conditioner or something, you are moved up on the list for those who may not have had any service before they come, take care of their customers first and then get to the other customers as quickly as they can. They have the staff to take care of it as they had to wait only one day to do the service. The part would be there this week and they would fix it this week.

I also had them do some work for me at my rent house.

They sent a salesman and we talked for a long time. He was trying to sell me a heat pump in addition. I never said that I'd by it but was considering it. They're trying to charge me an extra fee now that I've decided not to buy it. It seems like a scam. I've reached out to Angie's List to get this resolved.

I originally scheduled a general service and maintenance. Had to wait about 3 weeks to have the service done. All me there..I simply waited too long to schedule as they are serving many customers. In any event, I made a call the day before to insure I was still scheduled as I had received no contact. Not a major problem, just an observation. The service was schedule for 9:00 a.m. I received a call from the service tech at that time that he was on the way. Again, being very nit-pickly, I would have expected arrival at 9:00. All was forgotten upon meeting Donnie and discussing items with him. I've had yearly services in the distant past NONE - ZERO - NADA were as thorough. He found low freon and sniffed through the system to try to find it. He picked up what may be a very small leak at a valve but since it had been so long since I had service, the leak may be very small and possibly underground. He carefully tightened and taped the valve and we agreed to watch it closely over the next services (and, oh yes..there will be more services from this company!) and deal with issues as needed. In other words, an opportunity to rake me over the coals was passed up. Kudos and up a few notches in trust. He finished his service and discussed everything with me. I'll see as it gets hotter how the unit performs. But he said all the right things that avoided my cynical nature..I have red flags that go up very easily! He was exceedingly kind and very respectful to my home..that is huge to me. He worked with me in making decisions and didn't talk at me. I was very happy with the result. I thought to grade down a bit on cost only because from my other inquiries, they are not low, nor are they high, but somewhere in the middle.. I'm happy to pay for quality when it makes me sleep well.

The service was fantastic. The gentleman that came out to do the work was great. professional, on time. He did the basic tune up and made sure everything was running as it should. There was no hidden fees or additional costs for the service. I would definitely use again.

We had a condo that was having a problem with the air conditioning system. I had them come out and check it. It did take them a long time to come. They were really busy, it took them three or four weeks. They checked it and told me what was going on. I did not have them do any repairs. The price was good. I would use them again.

My son and family had traveled two days to get here for a visit. That day the house would not cool down. I called AirServe and explained the situation and told her it was very hot inside. She was very professional and listened to my needs. She checked to see if a tech could get here and called me back shortly. He was in the area and got here within 2 hours. He was early, professional and very courteous. He went outside to the unit which is old, and worked on it until he found the problem. He then added a kick start part on the frozen compressor to get it the extra boost that it needed. As he was filling out the paperwork, my son and family arrived to a cooling down house. I was so excited!! Our house has been very cool since that day. I had a lot of questions and he patiently listened and answered every question. This is the second time I've used this company. The service was good and it met my expectations. Nothing bad happened and they did what they were supposed to do. They were courteous and professional. The guys were fine.

I called AireServ on Sat. Clint met me at my home in less than 30 minutes following my initial call. Clint made a minor adjustment and checked pressures. The following day there seemed to be more water in the pan but to be sure I completely cleaned and dried the pan. The next morning there was a drip. I sponged out a little water, dried the pan, and with a sharpie marked the drip spot. I contacted AireServ and arranged for a 6PM service call. Donnie met me on time and made two more fine tuning adjustments which stopped the drip. This morning, after running the A/C overnight, the catch pan was dry. Both men were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Both men seemed enthusiastic about their work. It will be easy to recommend AireServ because I have complete confidence in their service.

He serviced my air conditioning unit. Add coolent and checked the wiring, cleaned the outside unit and changed the inside filters. He answered my questions and was very professional.
