Very pleased with the service. Technician was very helpful in pointing out some issues with our heating/cooling system with out trying to push us into any kind of additional purchase so I respect that a lot. He completed the ONG rebate form with out being asked to, so that was a great bonus. We felt the service we received was excellent.

They serviced our heating unit, made sure everything was running properly and changed the air filters. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

When I first called they tried to help troubleshoot the problem over the phone instead of just coming and charging me money just to look at my furnace. Troubleshooting didn't work, and even though it was after hours, their on-call tech (Donnie) was at my house within the hour. He arrived when he said he would, was very polite/friendly/professional and made me feel confident he knew what he was doing. Unfortunately the part he needed he to be ordered/bought, and since it was later at night every place was closed. However, he came back first thing the next morning and fixed the furnace. It was a great experience and I'd definitely use them again and recommend this company to anyone.

Absolutely the best company I have dealt with in a long time. They arrived very quickly and they were very professional. The Technician was courteous, knowledgeable, and spent the time to explain things to me, and really spent the time needed to get the job done right the first time. This is a company that goes out of their way to make sure the customer is happy and I really appreciate this level of customer care. I can see why this company has an A rating it is very well deserved and this is the way other companies should run their businesses. I would recommend them to anyone.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it was great. The guy was very personable, and friendly. It was good. I wasn't here, so he talked to my daughter who was here, and she said that he was personable, friendly, and seemed to know what he was talking about.

Checked furnace, vents, registers and thermostat of the heating system to ensure winter readiness. The rep also reminded me of the gas utility company rebate available for this type of service and filled out his portion of the required form. The rep was friendly, professional and courteous. He was a little bit late in arriving but in fairness I had no knowledge of how far he may have had to travel. I was completely pleased with the service and am satisfied that my heating system is ready for the cold weather ahead.

Very pleased with service and service person. Price was great at $49 per Angie's List client. Even replaced the ceiling filters which I did not expect. Service rep even took the time to explain future concerns about unit without trying to sell me a service. Just advising which was greatly appreciated. No unnecessary expense but made me aware so I could keep tabs on it.

I have no quarrel with the work the service person did, but he didn't tell me how much it would cost to replace the capacitor until after the work was done. As I recall, he said it would be around $200 (plus the cost of servicing the a/c). I told him that had I realized it would be that much, I would have asked him to stop at the diagnosis so I could call my home warranty company to send someone to fix it. He then agreed to a reduced price. I think it was around $100, plus about $50 for the routine servicing. He never came back to replace the capacitor with one of the correct size, but the a/c works fine with the one he installed. $200 is probably a fair price for replacing a capacitor. I don't know. I know the part is really cheap, like $25 or so, but not too long afterwards my brother had one replaced at his house and it cost about that. I felt a little railroaded once the part was installed. Just left me with a bad taste in my mouth, so I won't use them again. To reiterate, though, I do believe the work was done properly, and the price was probably in-line with the going local rates.

The service rep (Donnie Young) was at my door within 30 minutes of calling the office. He diagnosed the problem and offered a solution. He also verified the solution would work. (He temporarily added the equipment to the unit.) He then quoted a price for the repairs. I instructed him to go ahead with the additional equipment. After completeing the work he presented me an invoice for the exact amount he had quoted. No add-ons, no travel charge, none of the hidden charges that so many others have. It took Donnie about 45 minutes from arrival to finish. I am very pleased and will definitely use them in the future.

I purchased a Big Deal but the deal did not cover what I needled and they refereed me to someone who could.

Everyone we worked with at Aire-Serv was very helpful, efficient, knowledgeable, and professional! We especially appreciate that they went very much over and above our expectations to help us stay cool when our air conditioning system went out and there was a lapse of time until the new system could be obtained.

I have a "new-to-me"" house and wanted to make sure our furnace was working properly before winter comes. I used Aire Serv's AC/Furnace Tune-Up and Inspection Angie's Deal and the whole experience couldn't have been smoother. When I called to set up the appointment, the lady who does the scheduling wasn't there. The tech who answered the phone was very apologetic and polite and took down my information. The receptionist called me back first thing Monday morning and worked me in for an appointment the next day. The guy who came out was professional and thorough. He cleaned and tested our unit and the gave us a few pointers on maintenance. But, here's where Aire Serv went above and beyond. Before the tech left, he gave us a completed ONG rebate form. All we had to do was sign and mail it in. Excellent service! We've had the heater running a few days now and it works great. If we have any problems in the future, we know who to call.

They did what they said they would do and there were no problems with them. I think there was a little bit of a mess, he had to access the attic through my upstairs access. If they were a little more professional they would have cleaned up the area.

I met with a representative from Aire Serv and he inspected the house and made reccomendations based on what he found. He showed courtesy and respect and answered all my questions. At the time, the temperature was soaring and the old A/C was not working properly. He was able to schedule an appointment for that week! I was pleasantly surprised. Installation time and date were set and the installers came several days later. The installation team called to let me know they were in route. On arrival, the three installers each introduced themselves. Each man was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They took great care during the installation and the system was up and running in less than four hours. One issue that was noticed was that the blower fan's switch would sometimes cut off when the cover over the fan housing was put into place. This didn't happen all the time and the installers did some trouble shooting with the switch; but could find anything wrong. Later that evening, the fan stopped working. I went into the closet and removed the cover and everything started working again. Overall, I was very impressed with the techs from Aire Serv and would use them again if the need arises. Professionalism and a friendly "can do" attitude was a plus for the company and these techs.

It was okay but told me some things I didn't think was true and very expensive for freon compared to others.

I have always liked them. There has been several technicians have come to my house and they have been nice. They come when they are called and are prompt. They seem to know what they are doing. Originally, they showed me what was available for a new AC unit/ furnace and they never tried to pressure me to do anything. They also guarantee their work.
