Calling and scheduling service was easy. They had several times that were convenient for me. Aire Serv also called the day before to remind me they were coming, and the technician that came to my house (Dan Barnett), called me when he was on his way. I appreciate not having to wait and wonder when a service technician will arrive at my house. I am very pleased with the work that Dan did on checking and tuning up my two furnaces. He was very meticulous on how he checked and cleaned so many different parts to my furnaces. He was kind enough to entertain my questions about the functions of several components used in heaters, and made suggestions on how to keep them running smoothly. He spent a lot more time on my two systems than I expected, but it was clear he was doing high quality work and not rushing through it. I'm glad he did. Dan also brought and filled out rebate applications from Oklahoma Natural Gas for me to save me some time and money. Thanks again!

Fabulous. They always do a great job and provide helpful information about the status of our heating and cooling systems. Professional and polite. Their explanations are clear and precise so I don't end up wondering what I've just heard. The work order has information about the inspections too, and if I ever have questions after they leave, I just call the office and get assistance. Highly recommend them.

Donnie, AireServe Sr. Tech, was on time. Called before he came to let me know he was on the way. He was clean-cut, polite, and talked in a way that I could understand. He completed the work in a timely manner.

Called this morning and confirmed they would work in the attic despite 12 degree weather. Clint and Billy arrived on time with all required equipment and duct work parts. Put on shoe covers when they came into the house, Worked very efficiently. I was very pleased with their professionally. They will make any adjustments to the controls, e. g. condensation on a windowpane.

Everything in cold attic. With 28 years experience Dan Barnett went straight through his tasks. Who took pictures to show how the installation would be done. Very professional. They are coming back to do the install. More later.

The service went really well. Just one technician came out and was here about an hour. He was thorough and answered some questions that I had. I have used before in the past too and I like that do a good job. They always above and beyond what they needed to do.

The tech called ahead and was on time. He was professional and courteous.

Inspector, Mr. Dan Barnett of Aire Serv Heating and Air Conditioning, pointed out some city code violations from a previous furnace installation of 2009. Carefully explained the work that should be done. Three items were not done per code on the previous installation. Has a single wall flu pipe and city code dictates a dual wall flu pipe (for fire safety). Gas igniter getting close to failure, showed with ohmmeter current reading and igniter is clearly out of specification. No auxiliary drain on unit and need one installed. Tends to clog, backup and then water will damage furnace unit from water backed up in Air Conditioner unit. Provided and carefully explained cost estimate to perform work for labor and material. Very reasonable for both. Recommended that igniter not be replaced until the next heating year, since Winter heating cycle is nearly over. In addition, provided Oklahoma Natural Gas rebate program information and application for $30 that will be paid by the gas company to us, which reduces this inspection from a $49 to $19 final cost. We will have Dan come back for the repairs. He was very professional, knowledgeable and a helpful technician. This was a great experience.

They were really professional. They were courteous and professional. They got the job taken care of. They just came and looked at it and cleaned it out. We went over questions from a previous person that looked at it last year and from these guys, everything was fine.

A little more costly than a low dollar installer but the energy savings will more than cover the difference. Excellent workmanship. Started work when promised and finished very quickly.

We purchased the $49.00 special for an inspection and tune up for our furnace. The technician arrived within an hour of our contact and provided excellent service. He was knowledgeable and explained the service he had provided and what was done. He also gave us information on things we could do to help our unit operate as efficiently as possible and avoid some concerns we had. We would definitely use this company again.

Donnie was the technician sent to help us with our heater. It stopped working during the coldest part of the season and he was efficient, professional, and very informative. We live in an old house so we have had to call out a few different services over the years and this company has been the best of them all. I wrote N/A for the price b/c we did not pay up front for the heater repair r/t the fact that we are contemplating making more changes and Aire Serv. is going to give us a call to talk out the details of our options and price. Once we decide, then we will pay. B/c I feel it is worth mentioning again, Donnie was very informative. We know very little about heating and air and he was patient, to the point, and kind in his explanations.

He said there was no CO2 leak, but would suggest a CO2 detector and recommends replacing those at three years. I did go buy a new detector. I was very happy with the service, price and also a copy of the checklist he provided and a ONG rebate application already filled out with the contractor information, I would definitely use them again.

Was impressed with the professionalism. Donnie showed up as scheduled. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. He explained to me what he found and what was recommended. Would use them in the future.

Fall tune-up of our furnace. Technician arrived as scheduled and performed all services in a reasonable amount of time.

We had them work on our furnace. They did a nice job on the work. We recently purchased the house and wanted to have all of the units checked. The guy who did the check showed up on time as promised and gave us some details on possible future repairs on the unit. I liked that he was honest and that he did not pressure us into having the work done. Getting the appointment set up was easy as well. I see no room for improvement on his service. He also gave us instructions on how to get our rebate as well from the utility company.

Tune up heater for the winter. Outstanding service. We have used this provider for a few years and have always been happy with them.
