I received a reminder post card in the mail and called to make an appt. the man who answered the phone was polite and helpful. We scheduled an appt for the next week. Dan Barnett was the technician who came out. He checked both indoor units, fixing a problem easily with the upstairs unit and showing me how to fix it myself in the future if need be. He went outside and checked everything with both units outside. He did tell me the fan motor on the older unit will need to be replaced in the next few years. Dan is super professional and courteous. He explains everything he's doing and makes any recommendations needed. I highly recommend them for heat and air tune-ups and ANY h/a work needed. They have a great service plan that saves a few dollars initially and has discounts on repairs. Very happy with them!

Andrew Walker of Aire Serv Heating and A/C provided the service purchased thru Angie's List. He was a very friendly and professional tech. Used "booties" to enter my home which I appreciated. Asked if I had any concerns or questions. He checked out my A/C unit to make sure it was running properly, cleaned the unit, removed and changed out my 3 filters in my home, and even took time to check the unit in the attic. I am a second repeat customer of Aire Serv and still pleased with their service. I recommend them to all who need Heating and A/C service.

I can't say enough about how good these guys are. They know exactly what to do and get it right the first time. We had a complex situation with al older heat pump with a long line run, attic-based air handler and a second (different zone) downstairs heat pump with gas backup. Aire Serv replaced our failed condenser unit and found us one that matched perfectly with air handler/A-coil setup which had been replaced a year earlier - not an easy task at all. Scott's team came to the rescue again a week or so later when ADT had "attempted" and failed to correctly install z-wave thermostats and left the job with one of the zones not working at all. The Aire Serv guys came by the next day and over a lunch hour had everything working perfectly. Aire Serv is the sharpest, most-intelligent, best-equipped and best-staffed HVAC company I have ever worked with. Through the projects listed above I can say that I'm a customer for life. Both were complicated. Thanks Scott and the whole Aire Serv team for being the best there is at what you do. Also, extra special thanks to Dan for the amazing de-scrambling and re-wiring of the huge mess that ADT made with our z wave thermostats. Incredible work - doesn't get any better.

Clint and Andrew showed up on time. I needed to go to work for a few house so I left them alone at the house, when I returned they had most of the work done. They cleaned up all the debris, hauled all the old equipment off. Great guys very professional!

Clint and Billy arrived on time and they were very professional. They went out of their way to keep us informed and intruded on our lives as little as possible. They knew what they were doing and handled unanticipated challangesin our 5o year old home. Clint and Billy communicated well with each other which was not easy given that Billy was in the attic and Clint was inside our home keeping things going and making certain Billy had everything that he needed. Clint rebuilt the platform/enclosure and kept things going; answered all of my newbee questions. What really stood out was they knew what they were doing and everything was as they arrived except we had cooling and heating. What we expected and received. The reason we selected Aire Serv is because Andy listened to what we told every company and proposed a different and fair solution. Our biggest problem was that our present cooling unit was borderline adequate to keeping out home cool during the over 100 degree days we have experienced some 50 years. And with the wife's health issues we needed a cooler home duing the 1100 degree days. Our unit was 3 tons and I communicated to all companies that we couldn't risk another hot summer so I favored a 4 ton unit. Andy pointed out that a 4 ton unit may have some disadvantages with condensate, etc and 3.5 unit should be adequate. He proposed a 3.5 unit with an option to upgrade to 4 tons if it wasn't adequate. If not, we can ask for an upgrade to a 4 ton unit and only pay the difference in the cost of the unit. That was a viable and fair proposal. Aire Serv should feel good to have Clint, Billy and Andy representing them and remembering them when it comes time for raises and bonuses . Also, I commend Aire Serv for hiring an Iraq vetran. They emailed us the day before to remind us of the appointment. Andy called 30 minutes ahead, and came out and was right on time. He was very courteous and professional. He put covers on his shoes when he came in the house. He checked out our AC unit, cleaned the outside unit, changed the filters and put it through the various checks. Everything was ok. He explained what he had checked and answered any questions I had. Again he was very nice and coureous and seemed to be interested in meeting our needs and providing good service. We will use them again for our future maintenance and AC\Heat needs.

I used them recently as well as a year ago and rate them highly. They are really very good. I used them originally a year ago because Angie's List was offering a discount coupon and they were rated highly. They were honest, professional, prompt and reliable. They also diagnosed the problem right away.

Clint and Billy did the work, so far no problem.

Dan was on time. He explained everything in great detail and provided several options.

Vert well. Andy came to give and estimate provided several choices, provided some suggestions and one weeke after the chosen appliances were installed.

Andy was very nice and professional. He called when he was in route to give me notice when he would arrive. He was clean and very informative after his inspections.

The experience with them was great. They're very thorough and professional. The only thing is that, they had gotten a lot of booking so it took a bit longer for them to get here than I had anticipated.

Their service is wonderful, I love that company. I love everyone that works there, I think they have all been to my house at one time or the other, and they are all helpful, professional, and they go the extra mile. I really like them.They are within minutes of when they say they will be. They seem to know what they are talking about. It is just a great little company.

Set up appointment to get estimate for new systems. Knowledgeable guy showed up who didn't just tell me what I needed but reviewed my needs and gave me a number of options depending on how efficient I wanted the system to be, and told me how my decisions today would affect the costs of any future upgrades. He provided estimates for a number of options , and updated as I asked additional questions about other options. Very cost competitive with the other providers I also asked for estimates, all of whom have very high grades from Angie's List. I made my final decision to go with Aire Serv based on their longer labor warranty for the same price. When I called to seal the deal, he told me they had a hole in their schedule the next day and asked if they could do the work then. He told me they would start first thing the next da, and that I would receive a call from the installers before they arrived with an ETA. The next morning the installers called about 7:50 a.m. and arrived at 8:10. I left them there with my wife while I went to work. I came home at lunch to see how things were going. The old units were out on the driveway ready to be hauled off (someone came that afternoon and took them away) and they were working on the new install. When I came home from work about 6:00 p.m. they were wrapping up. The installers (Clint and Billy) gave us a tour of the new setup, showed us how to operate the new thermostat, and answered our questions. The installation was very neat. The house was as clean when they left as when they arrived. I had asked that they leave me the old programmable thermostat as a backup for the downstairs unit and also to salvage the fan limit switch from the old furnace since it was almost brand new and I thought I could sell it on Craigslist. These two items were left on the kitchen table. Clint filled out some of the detail on the ONG rebate form for the new energy efficient furnace and gave me some advice about filing it. They also left the paperwork for the new components. They told me that I would receive the labor warranty info from the office by mail in a few days, so I expect that this coming week. All in all a very satisfactory experience.

Aire Serv Heating and Air "Your Comfort Company" were good and I thought they were very reliable. It's a little expensive.

Dan Barnett was incredible...very efficient and informative. I learned more about heating and A/C in my 30 minutes with him than in the entire rest of my life.

Dan Barnett, "Master Technician," was at my house within an hour after I called. He was great at answering my questions, explained to me exactly what a heat pump is (coming from California, I had no prior experience with one). He was patient with my questions, we formulated a plan for the future, and I feel confident in his abilities. My whole experience, beginning with the scheduling person on the phone, was hassle-free. I plan to sign up for twice a year inspections by Aire Serv.

They did an excellent job. Andy gave me his card when I came to the door, put on booties every time he came in the house and wore them the whole time. He cleaned up after himself and went through all he did to service the heater and how it looked. Very professional and very friendly.

They always called before coming; they were prompt in arriving. They worked all day taking out the old heating unit and installing the new one. They were efficient and completed the work around 7:45 pm the day that they started. They kept us informed periodically about the progress that they were making. Donnie has serviced our heat and air units for the past year. He is very knowledgeable and does his work well. Clint was the lead person doing the installation on February 7. Others in the crew were Billy and Andy. They seemed to work well together in getting the heat back on as soon as they could (It was extremely cold the night that our heat quit working and it did not warm up very much the day that they had to replace the furnace). We have been using the new unit for a little over two weeks and the house is dramatically warmer. Rooms that used to be cold, that never seemed to get as warm as it needed to be, now are toasty warm. The whole house is uniformly warm whereas in the past we had some rooms warm and others not so warm or even too cool. From our experiences with Aire Serv, I can say that they are a good dependable company. They explained what was needed to resolve our problem, what the cost would be, and then fulfilled their contract. We are very satisfied with Aire Serv.

Clint and Billie arrived on schedule: Did a professional job; covered their shoes; pricing appropriate.

He was prompt, professional and advised me that I had a small crack in the heater. Suggested that we move the carbon monoxide monitor to another location and advised us what to watch for, since the crack would not require immediate removal and replacement of the heating unit.

Serviceman checked to see if furnace was working properly. Everything worked okay, he was very professional and polite. He was same serviceman that had checked my furnace and A/C before.

Aire Serv. was a wonderful company to work with. We live in an old house which has needed quite a few updates and repairs over the years and this company was the most professional and informative that I have come across. I was very pleased with the services and the results. We had two rooms that had cold and hot spots during the different seasons and now that has been remedied and the additional airflow vent as well as the insulation are both helping our system work more efficiently. The professionals who really impressed me were Andy, Clint, and Billy. They were all informative, respectful, efficient, and did a wonderful job.

Over experience was wonderful. They were here on time. Great company. I've used other companies and these guys were awesome. Andrew Walker was very knowledgeable and has a great attitude. He is very responsible and professional. I would highly recommend them.
