Cleaned Electronic Air Unit, Checked Humidifier and outside air temperature unit. Checked and cleaned outside air conditioning unit and furnace evaporator unit. All systems including furnace worked perfectly over winter. No condensation on windows on coldest days. Very happy with their selection of add-on filter system and humidifier last fall. Dan Barnett is a very thorough HAV servicer.

I was very happy. The technician's name was Clint Gilliland. He was friendly, thoughtful, and finished the work quickly. He noted other potential items for my consideration but was not pushy. He was here for about 40 minutes and was able to have my A/C back up and running.

My service tech was DAN BARNETT, who was outstanding in every regard, went above and beyond. My systems are over 25 years old and working fine, but I wanted them checked out as Oklahoma summers are brutal. Dan educated me in a very professional and friendly way, and gave some tips on best time of year to replace, which should be done in the next 2-3 years to be proactive. The systems could last much longer than that, however, and he gave me peace of mind I have time to save some pennies for the impending replacement. Highly recommend this company with confidence. .Clint and Billy called ahead to let us know when they would be here. They were very prompt. I was impressed with their knowledge and work ethic. They explained things to me and answered all my questions, without any hesitation. They both worked their butts off, considering the heat. They arrived around 8:30 AM and finished around 6:00 PM. They cleaned up the boxes in the driveway and even vacuumed the house. I was very satisfied.

I called Aire Serv Heating and Air after reading their excellent reviews on Angie's List because I own a rental property in Oklahoma City in the area known as Warr Acres, but I live in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The tenant had called complaining that the A/C was not cooling the house. I called Air Serv on a Tuesday afternoon and they scheduled a service call for the next day around 3:00PM. Dan Burnett called me the next day around noon, having arrived even earlier than expected. He explained the problem--the A/C was not cooling because it needed a new thermostat. He told me the cost of replacement and offered to change the filters as well. He also said he would check the entire system. Furthermore, Dan answered all of my questions and I learned that the unit was new in 2005. Dan was very professional, helpful, prompt, answered all questions, and fixed the problem at a very reasonable cost. The service call charge was applied to the cost of repairs. Since I live in Colorado and can not be on site to manage this property, I depend on finding quality, professional service people to take care of the maintenance problems that arise with the property. I totally believe that I have found all of those qualities in Aire Serve Heating and Air and I would call them again in a heartbeat! You can trust them; they are fair and explain the problem and the way it can be fixed, answering any and all questions you may have. I also believe that Dan knows what he is doing and he went the "extra" mile to change the filters and check out the entire system. The tenant was happy and I was happy. Air conditioning was not cooling so I called to make an appointment. They were able to see me that day. Donnie suspected a leak and kept searching until he found it at the evaporator coil. Coil was not in stock. He went over options and pricing with me and ordered the coil and gave me a possible range of dates when the coil would be in and installation service would be scheduled. A couple of days later they called that the coil was in. I had a conflict on their suggested date, so they worked with me to get a good date. Clint and Billy were able to actually arrive a little early. Again they went over the process and went to work. Cost was what was promised and good quality. Cost was fair and competitive, just more than I had wished it was. Clint and Billy were very personable and professional.

Could not have gone any better.These folks are real pros. Use them without hesitation. You'll be satisfied!

The installation of the system was completed as scheduled. Installers Clint and Billy were both very professional and responded to all of my questions. They arrived on time, and completed the job right about the time they told me they should be able to finish. I have used Aire Serv for several years now, and the technicians that have provided service, Donnie, Dan, and Clint and Billy have all been professional, thorough and never hesitated to answer my questions. Aire Serv is my number one Heating and Air service provider. I will never use anyone else.

Dan came out at the schedule time. I described the problem. He first checked the freon level and determined there wasn't any in the system. He put in between 4 and 5 pounds of freon. That resolved the problem. Dan was very professional and was able to quickly diagnose the problem. I would recommend Aire-Serv to anyone needing a/c repairs.

Called Jill at Aire Serv and told her that our A/C was not working. Jill was very professional and took down all the details. She said that she would be dispatching Donnie to fix the problem. Donnie arrived on time. He was very friendly and professional. He diagnosed the problem in about 5 minutes. He replaced the capacitor and started the unit. While here, he checked the coolant pressure and connections. The price was reasonable and the quality of service by the technician was excellent. He thanked me for my business and told me that if I experienced any other issues, just to call. Made a follow up call to Jill and told her I was very pleased with the technician and the work done. Because of my experience, I purchased a twice a year service agreement to check out both heat and air systems plus replacing all the filters. Jill gave me a breakdown of what the service included. Nice job! Will be using Aire Serv for all my HVAC needs.

Dan was very professional and efficient. The services received were great for the charge. I will continue to use their company because of the quality of work and great customer service.

Andy arrived on time, explained what he would do and completed the work. He was polite and professional. Andy was able to provide info a boat replacing the thermostat also.

This service went very well. Donnie was the technician that showed up and he's been here before. He's always willing to discuss what he's doing with me, explain the issues and provide me with options for addressing the issues. It's amazing, I feel like he's one of the most honest and friendly HVAC men in the game. It's simply a pleasure when he shows up because I don't ever feel like I don't know what he's doing. I then asked him a few additional questions - 1) I'm worried about my AC because ____________________ 2) I'm worried about my attic duct work because _____________________ . Donnie is awesome because he looked into both issues were additional work from my original call. After his research he 1) added additional coolant to my system because it needed it and 2) checked out my duct work and advised it was in good shape, insulated and doesn't need additional treatments. He did both of those things without charging me anything and never tried to up-sell me. He's just an honest and genuine repair man and we need more people like him in this world. I'm definitely using AireServe in the future!!

The service provider, Dan, was by far one of the most knowledgable, friendly and professional service providers I have ever dealt with. He did a great job of explaining all the options to take care of my problem and offered sound advice.

I started using Air-Serv for my rental properties several years ago.I have them set up for regular maintenance and repairs.My favorite tech is Andy.He is always on time,covers his shoes,courteous,and thorough in his work.Always exceeds expectation.I would recommend this company.

Service rep came within a few hours of call - quickly diagnosed problem - explained - left for 15-20 minutes to pick up part - did repair in about 1/2 an hour. Explained overall age and condition of unit.

Andy was on time and after listening to my concerns was anxious to get started. He was proficient, courteous and gave some great pointers on energy savings before he left. Great services!
