.My air conditioning unit was not cooling properly. Dan was the service representative who came out. After he assessed how old my system was and explained why I was having trouble He gave me an estimate on what it would cost to replace my system, but wasn't so overbearingly pushy that he wouldn't give me time to make that decision. I certainly appreciate the way he explained my particular situation and how thoroughly he answered my questions. I would definitely recommend this company for their honest assessment. Thank you

This is an amazing company. I first used them because I wanted a service call to make sure my heating and air system was in good condition and ready for the seasons. I enrolled in their maintenance plan (low cost). Each service member that came out was professional, efficient and extremely easy to work with. They explained everything they did and how the system was performing. Yesterday, my system stopped and I called. Now, mind you, this is the first set of hot days we've seen here and EVERYBODY is calling because if failed systems. Never mind that; I'm a customer and Jill, the amazing girl that takes calls, worked it out to have someone out that night. Dan arrived early, diagnosed the problem and told me about the part that is needed and the cost. The cost was reduced because I had a service contract so that paid for it right there. He couldn't get the part because of the late hour but it was taken care of today efficiently. He called, had the part, told me when he would be here and solved the problem perfectly. What I appreciated in particular was his attention to my schedule. He wanted to contact me early so I didn't have to wait around not knowing when he would come. That's wonderful as it doesn't leash me to my house all day wondering. Clean, efficient, good price and good people! Use them!!

Prepaid with furnace check up last fall! Dan, the service technician arrived on time and went right to work changing the furnace filters. He then did a complete check up on the air conditioner and recording his findings at each step.

By far, one of the more professional, courteous providers I've come across. They call the customer and keep their commitments; this shows they value my time as well! Donnie showed up on time and performed our service and even made an improvement to our drain at no charge. It's really nice to see people that "go the extra mile". Our past provider went out of business halfway through our 10yr warranty, so I hope this can be the start of a good relationship with Aire Serv.

i used an Angie's List coupon to have an A/C inspection ($49, but I believe the regular price was about $89), but I first used Aire Serv last winter when my furnace went out. In the winter, Donnie was the technician, and the services were equally impressive as my A/C tune up. For my A/C tune up, Dan came to perform the service. Both times I received a call to verify the service date and time, and a call just prior to the technician arriving. Both techs came on time and were very professional and friendly. Dan spent just as much time answering all of my questions as he did performing the A/C tune up. I also recommended Aire Serv to my neighbor, and he also had the same experience I did. The techs came out on time, gave an honest assessment, did not push products or services, answered all questions, and left us feeling we received a quality service. I would recommend Aire Serv to anyone without hesitation.

Great, Air conditioning vent was leaking. Dan came out cleaned a clog then added freon to the outside unit.

Dan was our service provider. He had done work for us previously. As requested, Dan called and let me know that he was on his way. He arrived on time and was able to quickly diagnose the problem. A door switch had gone bad and that was preventing the A/C from working. He resolved the issue and we were back up and running. Checked outdoor unit to make sure it was working properly. Dan was courteous and professional. I have used Aire Serv in the past and found them to be very reliable, honest, and professional. I wouldn't use anyone else when it comes to heat and air.

Dan called in advance to let me know that he was on his way. He arrived on time. Very courteous and professional. Used care when replacing the filters. He washed the coils in both A/C units and provided and reviewed a detailed service audit. I was very pleased with the attention to detail that Dan provided and his explanation of the work that had been completed. The price paid also includes the fall inspection of the heating units and replacement of all filters.

Dan was on time and quickly did the job. He explained what he saw and how our unit was working.

I can't say enough about this company and Dan Barnett the 30 year experienced service technician they sent to my home. I called Aire Serv and they sent Dan out two hours later as promised. He was remarkably professional, kind, courteous and tackled what seemed to be a very complex problem with ease. It was very clear how knowledgeable he was and he explained both the problem and the solution well. I can tell you after this experience I will never use another company for my HVAC needs again... The estimate by Andy went very smoothly and was very informative. The price was slightly higher than some bids I got from other companies but lower than others. I went with this bid because I felt the company would do a good job and this estimate was also the price they would bill me for, no extra unexpected items Clint and Billie came out on June 9th a little earlier than I expected (called ahead to let me know they were on the way). They did a very good/professional job, were courteous, friendly and completed the job well within expected timing. The job was neatly done and they cleaned up everything thoroughly before they left.

Aire Serv was one of the 3 quotes we received. We chose Aire Serv because they seemed to have the best brand, American Standard and seemed to pay the most attention to detail. They wore foot coverings! That attention to detail continued throughout the job. The installers Clint and Billy are topnotch and were great to work with.

They were prompt and did everything the Angie's List add said they would do. We hope to get an offer to do get the same with our airconditioner.

Dan came out on time and thoroughly inspected my system and made all needed adjustments. Dan also replaced the two air filters on the system and cleaned the out side unit.

He replaced the capacitor and brought the Freon levels up to spec. we had another issue shortly thereafter and he determined that it was an electrical issue and got us back up and running with no charge. Excellent service.......best we've ever had.

Our old unit was installed in 1985 and had been giving us trouble for a few years. It finally went out in the heat of last summer. After reading a ton of reviews and interviewing three companies we hired them. They were not the cheapest but they were competitive and seemed the most honest and professional. They did an excellent job of installation. The only small complaint was that they forget to re-light the hot water tank (which we didn't find out until later that night but that was a small oversight and we had hot water by the next morning once I got it back on). They have since followed up with a cleaning and evaluation last week and, again, were very professional.

Dan Barnett called an hour before our appointment time which was great since we had no air-conditioning. He promptly arrived, diagnosed the problem and was able to have the ac up and running in about 30 minutes. This is the secind time I have used this company and will continue to do so because of their prompt and professional service. They always respond quickly and are able to complete any project.

my new stuff went great, works great all peachy. the 2nd unit was put in by ANOTHER STARTING WITH D, which was in a smaller home on the same property, and i needed my other heat pump, older, fixed, which they did. The work they did on the smaller unit, put in by, according to worker they sent, a friend, and one he learned under. He was not able to fix problem caused by first guy, told me I should turn off my heat pump when it gets cold, applauded the 1st guy (D). and swore that turning off the heating pump in cold weather is customary. RIGHT!!! Now I have a great new working unit in my large home, a new faulty unit in my bungalow (son's) home and mixed views on the worker from aire serv. THEY are a good company and I need them again, but perhaps my husband can be the one they try to give faulty info to, if they try that again.
