An appointment was scheduled with no difficulty. Dan is our technician and has always been very courteous and professional. He called to let me know he was coming, arrived on time and went directly to work. He took care of the inspection, checked the freon level etc. We have used Aire Serv for several years and we pay for both spring and fall maintenance each spring at a cost of $159.

Maintenance and service by Neal was very good. Had to replace the capacitor on the AC unit but did so efficiently and at reasonable price. Renewed our maintenance agreement. Have used Aire Serv for about 4 years and am very pleased with their service.

Great! He changed the filters, opened up the air conditioning unit, cleaned out two dead mice (Ewww) and cleaned everything in it. Checked the indoor air. I think that's all. I use them every fall and spring, and wouldn't even consider using anyone else. I don't know what the exact cost was, since I have a contract with them.

The entire crew, Clint Neil, Austin, and Gabe did a tremendous job. They were professional, polite and courteous. They had a big job of removing the furnace and air handler from the garage and installing a new one in the attic. They rerouted ducts, up-sized some ducts, and added a new air return and a new room vent. They accomplished all this work in one day. In a job that size it is always possible that something goes wrong. It is not the existence of a problem, but how the problem is handled that tells you how professional a crew is. So, a couple evenings later we went to test the furnace and AC, and it did not come on properly. Clint arrived early the next morning to correct a wire on the controller that had somehow gotten knocked out of place. Now, several months later, we have to say that our air flow is balanced nicely. They corrected a major problem that had existed ever since the house was built. We love the 2-stage air handler that they installed. This quietly and nicely recirculates air in the rooms without engaging the furnace or AC.

The Aire Serv techician (Dan) called to let me know he was on his way, arrived at the scheduled time, explained the work he would perform (process), and even wore protective shoe covers to protect our hardwood floors! Dan was extremely professional, highly experienced, and obviously very knowledgeable of our dual systems. He provided a comprehensive written systems report at the completion of the service (first one I've ever seen). In short, a very enjoyable experience with a true pro. We will definitely use Aire Serv again. Highly recommended for your HVAC system needs!

Aire Serv team showed up on time and worked until new system was up and running. They neglected to include the air purifier, but Clint showed up the next morning and installed it. I appreciated their recommendation to move the heat pump over about 5' so that it would not block the view out of the master bedroom window, They also did a great job of leaving the site as clean (or cleaner) than they found it. An excellent job all around.

Dan goes the extra mile to explain exactly what he sees, what he has done and has given honest recommendations. I highly recommend their services.

Although it took several days to finally find problem and fix it, I was very satisfied. The service tech(Dan) was always prompt & knowledgeable, I will definitely hire them again.

My service technician, Dan Barnett, called ahead of time to verify my repairs, and was able to come out early, which I accepted! He arrived and within 15 minutes, figured out that my system has a small leak, resulting in low coolant level. He added 1 pound of coolant to the unit, which corrected the problem immediately. I appreciated Dan's thorough explanation of the way my A/C system works. He even explained how to get the best performance out of my system and how to avoid costly repairs in the future. He also provided complimentary A/C filters, a nice touch. I am more than pleased with Aire Serv's quality and timliness, and attention-to-detail. The technician (Dan) was extremely knowledgeable and had a lot of experience with these issues, so he knew exactly what to look for. I will definitely hire them again!

Andrew came out to give us an estimate. He listened to what our needs were and did his best to match them. As funds were extremely tight and we were in an emergency situation, I gave Andrew the absolute most I could pay. He said he would take it to his boss and see but he couldn't promise anything. Andrew contacted me the next day and told me the price had been accepted. We got it scheduled and Clint came out to put it in. He was punctual and professional and worked efficiently. My wife called me at work about 3 hours later and told me they had finished. I got home and found the back yard was cleaner than I had left it and the new unit is so much quieter than the old one. Clint did a great job installing it and we are extremely happy and so thankful they were able to help us.

Pretty good though delayed due to weather. The only problem (which turned the performance from an "A" to an "A-" was the coordination between the home office and the field on the breakdown of the pricing. It was resolved but there was definitely some spotty communication in writing up the bill.

Dan, the service technician for Aire Serv Heating & Air diagnosed the problem instantly and was able to fix it. Aire Serv send Dan out the same day I called. Dan was very professional and new his business.

Andrew Walker was one time and very professional. He answered all our questions and we are very happy that we have a maintenance contract with Aire Serv.

When our 22-year-old furnace quit working during extreme cold, I checked Angie's List and was pleased when I decided to use Aire Serv. HVAC Technician Dan Barnett promptly arrived to fix the unit. I was impressed by how informative and knowlegeable he was about issues with my old furnace and upgrades that are on the horizon for my entire HVAC system. I called this company based on the Angie's list references. They arrived on time at 11am, they found the AC system was low on R22 and proceeded to find the leak. They repaired the leak and serviced the unit with 5 pounds of R22. Donnie Young, the technician was professional, knew what he was doing and did an excellent job of repairing our AC. We have a home warranty with American Home Shield, they sent out a company yesterday, he didn't look for any leaks, just spent 20 minutes said it needed 8 pounds of R22 at 89.00 per pound. Wanted to charge us over 600.00 and wasn't going to figure out where the system was leaking, which is against Federal Law. He just wanted to sell Freon and leave. I guess he was hoping to come back in a few months and sell us more. My wife told him to hit the road, so we called Aire Serv and they did a fantastic job.

Dan arrived early, inspected the system, and added refrigerant. We will have the company return next summer to check the pressure and assess the speed of the leak. Dan was super helpful, informative, and friendly. We had a great experience.

Donny from AirServ had never really experienced this type of issue. He had a multitude of years experience and quickly narrowed it down to the time delay on the unit. He had no issues with me following him around and asking questions. In the end, he gave me 2 options for resolution and educated me on both options allowing me to make the best decision. I have been raked over the coals too many times from plumbers, hvac and electricians. These guys get it! Great Service at a reasonable price!

They seem on par with everyone else. They are competent. The issue they came to look at was something they fixed last year. It had not been done quite right or something came loose a year later. It could have been done properly, but to the point that it broke a year later and they had to come and re-fix it. I kind of felt I should not have to pay for my visit yesterday because in my mind it was their fault. I think I would probably switch to a different company.
