This was great service! We noticed that our heater was behaving strangely so we looked on Angie's List and found this company. We called that morning and they came out around mid-day. The technician, Dan, was absolutely wonderful! He called before he arrived and was prompt. He checked out the heater and ran diagnostics. The problem ended up being a sensor that just needed cleaning. He was very thorough in explaining some other details about our heater, preparing us for eventual replacement down the road. He was very personable, very neat and did great work! We will definitely use this company again and will ask for Dan! He was great!

Andrew Walker came over and from the start was very professional. Right on time and took all the precautions to take care of my house are he came in. Booties on his shoes and polite. He was very efficient and honest. It was a great deal, especially with the Angie's List deal of 10% off. He also brought all the paperwork all filled out for me to mail into the gas company for the energy rebate that you get just for having them out the check the furnace. In the end, I paid less than half of what I thought I was going to have to. Great experience! Definitely will use again.

Purchased the special they had on Angie's List for the Fall tune up. Scheduled an appointment for the 30th at which time Andy their technician showed up on time. He was polite and professional and went to work. He performed a thorough inspection of both furnaces and answered the questions I had. After he was complete he filled out the appropriate paperwork so I could get my rebate from ONG. Overall this is the third time I've used Aire Serv for spring and fall tuneups. I will continue to use them as their price is reasonable and the technicians that have come out are professionals.

Everything went well. My appointment was for 11am. The technician called around 10:50 and said he'd be there in 25 minutes, and he was. He was very nice and explained everything, including step-by-step instructions on how to claim the rebate with ONG.

They are excellent. Best ever! I would not use anyone else for heating and A/C services.

First, I would like to say how great Jill, the office manager, is. She is always so cheerful and helpful. Jill was able to send Clint out the same day I called. Clint had to fix some bad wiring done by a different company who installed the heat and air unit about 3 years ago. Clint was very nice and professional and did the job in a timely manner.

The technician arrived on the date and time we had set up and went right to work in looking at our furnace, heatinf duct system and our thermostat controls. He explained our furnace system to me and showed me the internal filters and changed them out (cost of the filters was included in the system check). He came into the house and checkedthe supply and return lines, giving me advice about them. Before he entered the house he put foot protection on so as not to scratch our floors. He tested and adjusted the burners on the furnace to peak efficiency. In all he was here about 45 minutes to an hour. The technician was very polite, efficient and professional. I would most definitely call them again for any heating or cooling work. The technician also explained about the OGand E rebate for having our system checked.

Dan called me 30 minutes before his scheduled time saying that he would be there at the appointed time and he was there within five minutes of the scheduled time. He was very thorough, very professional and explained everything in a way that indicated he knew what he was talking about but also in a way I could understand. He provided me with the prices for the items that he indicated were potential problems and could be going out soon and the time frame to receive them and when they could be installed. He also provided pricing for replacement of our furnace in the event that is what we wanted to do. I was very pleased with the service and will definitely use Aire Serv again when the need arises. I highly recommend them to those in need of these services.

Dan arrived at the scheduled time. His appearance and manner were professional. Dan replaced our 40 yr old thermostat with a digital one and explained how it worked. He also answered my questions about uneven heating/cooling in the house and made suggestions for improving the air flow. The fall service of the heating system was also done and we enrolled in the annual service plan that includes spring cooling system service. The work was completed to our satisfaction.

Company rep., Dan, called ahead of arriving and was punctual. Service was conducted in a very professional and courteous manner. Provided informantion and answered our questions about the furnace conditions.

Andrew Walker was an outstanding and very knowlegable person. He got the furnaces cleaned and tuned up. He even clean up the insulation that feel on the carpet from the attatic. He gave the paperwork for the ONG rebate and discussed what I needed to do. I was very impressed with the service and intend to contact Aire Serv in the spring to accomplish the AC checkup. I found Aire Serv on Angie's List website. They were offering a special deal for furnace tune ups. I have had these annual tune ups done ever since the furnaces were installed new in 2005, but I had never used Aire Serv for this service. I decided to try them based on their rating on Angie's List plus the discounted price. Aire Serv scheduled my appointment based on my requested date/time. When their technician arrived, I was totally surprised to see Dan Barnett!! Dan had previously done tune ups on my furnances and A/C units at his previous employer. I always thought he did an outstanding job and was very glad to have him back working on my furnaces. Dan did the inspections on the furnaces and pronounced them to be in good shape for the heating season. He gave me his insights into the overall status of my 9 year old furnaces and what potential problems might arise in thr future. Then he completed the ONG rebate forms and gave them to me. And he explained what I needed to do to submit them. He also explained Aire Serv's annual maintenance program - the costs, what services are included, etc. After Aire Serv's tune up, I feel very confident that my furnaces will do their job this winter and keep my home safely heated. And I am going to sign up for Aire Serv's annual maintenance program so I be able to get top notch checkups for my A/C units next spring. I am very satisfied with the service I received. Aire Serv was easy to deal with. They booked my appointment at a time that I requested. Dan showed up on time and did the furnace inspections in his usual thorough way. He gave me the rebate forms which was a first (my previous HVAC provider never offered to do this). And everything was done for a great price. What more could I ask? I am planning to be an Aire Serv customer for a long time!

He checked safety switches, inducer, pressure switch and flu pipe. Checked ignitor, blower motor and control board. He checked all wiring and blew out drain line. He told us the ignitor on the upstairs unit was going to go in a year or 2.

AC not working. Dan tried everything to get our AC to work. He brought us portable AC's until new unit was installed. Great service from Dan.

Andrew (Andy) Walker was the technician who performed the Fall Service. He was on time (even a little early), extremely courteous and went about his job right away. After he was through, he reviewed his findings regarding the age and condition of our furnace; discussed cleaning the duct system, as he found some sand in one of the vents; reviewed the annual systems check that the company has, after I inquired about same; and talked us through completing the rebate paperwork. He said he has been with Aire Serv for seven years, which is gratifying to hear. Oh, and he covered his shoes with scrub booties, to protect our floors.

Scheduling was great. Jill helped me schedule an appointment easily and was very pleasant. Dan called 30 minutes before arrival, showed up with shoe covers on, and knew exactly what the problem was. He fixed it efficiently and then took the time to explain to me exactly what went wrong and how to prevent similar problems in the future. Could not have asked for better or more efficient service!!

I requested Donnie - I enjoy his down to earth explanations. He doesn't hype what he finds, just tells you what he finds and what your options are. He called before he came. Was on time. Performed inspection and service on both furnaces. He went over everything with me - answered all my questions. I have used this company in the past, and plan on using them again in the future. They are a great company, that I first found through a deal on Angie's List.

Dan, our service technician, called early and arrived an hour before he was scheduled. He was very thorough at solving our heating and air problem. We had an excellent experience and would strongly recommend them to anyone.

Dan came and performed winter maintainence service on our furnace. Changed filters and checked the system throughout. He was very professional and punctual. He gave us a thorough analysis of our unit and answered all questions. He gave some tips on how to get better use of our system and how to get more heat distributed through the house by utilizing our vents. We are very pleased with Dan and with Aire Serv and will contiune to use them for our Heat/AC needs.

Dan arrived on time and completed the work promptly. He fully explained what the tune-up entailed. I would certainly trust him to do further service to my heat or air units. Very professional.

Initial appointment was canceled by me. Service Aire was very understanding and waited for me to reschedule. They were very prompt at providing the service. Their tech was very pleasant and professional. The tech provided recommendations to improve the operation of the heating system, which we are in the process of having them performed by Service Aire. I would most certainly use again, and recommend this company to my friends and neighbors.

I did not use this coupon so I cannot give any information regarding this company.

Dan told me he has been with Aire Serve for 27 yeas and it shows in the quality of his work; he was prompt, friendly and knowledgable. Dan was patient with all of my questions and explained everything to me along the way. A competitor of theirs (True Tech) gave us a quote for $750 to do the same job Aire Serve did for $227. We picked Aire Serv because of the other good reviews on Angie’s List. This is my new AC company and I will tell as many people as possible about them.
