Clint & Neal were on time & replaced the unit quickly. Very professional and pleasant to work with. Andy gave us a bid for the job earlier in the week & was nice to work with also.

Tech on time took time to explain all he did - fixed thermostat to way we wanted instead of way it was set up.

Service tech, Dan Brand called to tell me he was on his way. He is courteous and efficient even covers his shoes with paper booties. Great service, knowledgeable, takes time to explain service being done.

I had used AIRE for a furnace tune-up back in November and Andy the Technician was very friendly and professional. I inquired about replacing my whole home system in the spring and Andy sent me some quotes. So, when my furnace went out the other day I figured I call Aire again. So, this time I got Donnie that came to look at why my furnace wasn't turning on. After about 5 minutes of inspecting it, Donnie diagnosed that the ignitor was bad. He showed me what it would cost to replace it and asked if I wanted to replace it. I thought $259.54 was a bit pricey but Donnie was professional and friendly also. So, I decided to have him replace it. He was at my house no more than 45 minutes at the most. Well, I decided to see just how much an ignitor costs and I found a whole lot of them online for less than $30. So, basically I feel like I got ripped off!!! I probably wouldn't have written this review if they would've charged me $150 or less but $259. which in fact he said was a discount from the original price of $305, just seemed excessive! All in all, it makes me mad that businesses can charge these outrages prices!!! Lastly, the planned Central Heat and Air Systems replacement by Aire that I was planning for this spring has now been reconsidered! UPDATE: I was refunded buy AIRE for the repair service! Although, I still think it was way too expensive for the repair that was performed, I will praise them for their customer service and willingness to make their customers happy. So with that said, I would have to say that they are a stand-up company based on how they handled my review but just be aware of their prices.

They are the most professional people I have ever dealt with. They do not try to screw you out of money. They will do everything they can to be the most cost effective. If they can fix something to keep it going or make it better they will do it. The technician Dan is a fantastic employee and he is very honest. The whole company is fantastic and I have never met professionalism like this in a service provider before. They go above and beyond the call of duty for us and their prices are very reasonable.

Aire Serv Heating & Air were an A-class. They were on time, very thorough and cleaned up. We felt that we had more confidence in the system.

Dan the service technician did an excellent job. Price is reasonable and affordable. dan also explained to me the overall condition of the furnace.

Andrew Walker arrived on time and had called to say he was coming. Went right to work checking my system. He also answered many questions.

Our systems are more than 20 years old, and the upstairs system was malfunctioning. My friends at Aire Serv came out the same day I called and, as expected, there was really nothing worth doing to the old system to save it. Andrew had all our info on file and updated a proposal to replace the system. By the end of the week, we had a brand new system upstairs with an additional return vent/duct to improve performance. Clint, Billy and Neal were courteous to me and my family and put down plastic and drop cloth in the hallway and on the stairs. Installation was perfect and they cleaned up all the debris and hauled off the old system. Billy explained the system and the new touchpad thermostat operation and answered all my questions. I have been doing business with Aire Serv for 3 years now, and I am always pleased with my interaction with them, and with the quality of their work.

Dan was the service tech that came out and looked at our furnace. We had explained another provider told us last year we would need to replace an ignitor and add a surge protector. The other provider missed 2 service calls and we decided to drop them and take our chances with the furnace until this year. I am so glad we did! After Dan looked at the furnace, he told us the part that needed replacing was the electronic board that had gotten wet and the other 2 items the previous company wanted to charge us for were not needed. Dan ordered the part and fixed the furnace the same day as well as completing a service check. My husband and I could not be happier. Dan also took the time to call me at work and explain the repairs prior to completing any work and he answered all my questions without hesitation.

The installation crew Clint, Billy & Neal arrived promptly and performed the removal of the old system and the installation of the new one on the coldest day of the year. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs this type of service.

What a great company! Very personable on the phone with scheduling. Dan Barnett was the master technician that came out to clean the furnaces. He was on time and very thorough. We had just purchased a 6 year old home and not knowing the history of the heating system we wanted to make sure the furnaces were cleaned and serviced. He spent about an hour and a half working on them and after each one, gave me a very detailed explanation of how the furnaces were performing and what we can expect to see from them in the next few years- what might be the first parts to fail and what that cost could be in the future. He found a frayed and burnt wire in one of the furnaces and showed it to me stating it would have caused a costly repair and possibly a small fire in the near future. He repaired the wire at no charge. After the cleanings, he filled out all the paperwork for the energy efficiency program rebate for Oklahoma natural gas- which I would never have known existed since I'm not from Oklahoma- and all I had to do was sign the paperwork and send it in. This saved us $30 on each furnace. I will definitely have Aire Serv back out in a few months to check and clean the air conditioner units. This company will have us as a loyal customer while we live n Oklahoma.

Dan arrived on time for a furnace tune up and was very thorough, efficient, and courtesy. He answered all my question I ask him. I was completely satisfied and will use this company again in the future and recommend it to others.

It went great! Dan was not only on time for the 4pm appointment, but actually arrived 15 mins early! He changed my air return filters, then went outside to address the furnace. Turns out I'll be needing a replacement PCB soon, so we went ahead and ordered one to prevent having it go out on the coldest day of the year and/or over a weekend (which Murphy always manages to make happen!!!). Dan ordered the part and will replace next week. I really like this company and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. I've used their services probably half a dozen times, and everyone I've dealt with has been informative, courteous, and professional.

Clint, Billy, and Neil showed up about 8 am and spent the next 5-6 hours putting in my new furnace, the appropriate duct work (in the attic) and intake vent. They were some of the nicest and most professional guys I've ever worked with. They were careful to cover their shoes and the carpet to avoid tracking in mud, and they did an excellent job cleaning up after the work was done. They also showed great good humor when confronted with all our barking dogs. When I purchased the unit, I couldn't really account for the price, however, I realize now that the hardware wasn't the largest part of it. Three guys had to work basically all day to get the old unit out and put in the new one.

The provider was professional from start to finish. Our furnace had died Sunday morning and the service we had used before did not respond to our calls. I checked out different providers on Monday morining and Aire Serv answered first thing. The technician was at the house a few hours later. The furnace is on its last breath but he was able to get it working again. It was an all-around stress-less experience.

The technician was prompt and professional. He took the time to explain what he was doing and an overview of how the furnace components work. Aire Serv's technician is a great reflection on the firm. I wI'll use the firm in the future and recommend them to others.

Dan called to say he could arrive early, if I chose. When he came in he placed on shoe covers, to protect my flooring. So many companies don't take the time, but this company, and their staff do. He checked my intake to find he did not have that size filter. He said he would pick one up after the inspection, which he did as promised. When he was finished with the inspection, he explained everything, and what I may expect of my furnace because of the age. I will call them again, if I have a problem.

Andy was very professional, kind and respectful. I appreciate him wearing booties in the house as part of his routine. We will continue to use Aire Serv for our maintenance and are awaiting a bid on replacing our units in the future.

They were real good about cleanup. They didn't leave a lot of debris. They were good about covering the carpet in the kitchen where the furnace is located. They paid a lot of attention and put a walkway down where they were coming & going. They were considerate of my floors. The'yre not the least expensive, but they provide the highest quality.

Excellent. Very god technician.Bought for my mother. She would recommend them again and again!!
