Dan came yesterday for our spring inspection. He told us that our system was about shot. Clint, Billy, and Neal came today to install the HVAC. On time and very professional. They did a great job cleaning up.

Very professional and worked very hard. Eager to explain what they were doing.

Dan was on time, very friendly and professional. Checked out unit and replaced part. Cleaned everything, replaced filters. Will call him again!

Dan arrived on time and diagnosed the problem with my air conditioner almost immediately. He fixed the problem as well as cleaning and servicing my unit. He was polite and professional. I would use this company again.

Aire Serv is the absolute best heat and air company I've found in the OKC metro. I couldn't be more impressed with Dan Barnett and the work he does. I've had 3 separate heat and air contractors, over the past few years, that were unable to help with my poorly functioning air conditioner upstairs. Dan came out today and was immediately able to assess and solve the problem. He has always been very knowledgeable, friendly, honest, dependable, and fair when he's done work at my house. After he resolves the problem he takes the time to explain the situation and educate on ways to keep the system functioning optimally. I really can't say enough good things about these guys. I would highly recommend this business to all my family and friends.

Scheduled an appointment for Thursday, April 2, 2015 at 11 am. The technician (Dan) called prior to arrival to alert me that he was on his way. Dan arrived on time. He even had shoe coverings on before entering the house. He serviced both units and found that that the capacitor on one of the units was about to go out. It was great to have this information prior to the beginning of summer. I asked Dan to go ahead and replace the capacitor. All 5 air filters were replaced and the system was tested. For the past 3 years we have use Aire Serv for our heating and air conditioning service. We contract with them for their annual service which provides for twice a year service including inspections and replacing the filers. I had several questions for Dan concerning heating and air conditioning utility cost. He took the time to answer all my questions and give me a better understanding of the equipment We have found Aire Serv to be a company that provides excellent customer service. They operate with a high level of integrity and dependability. They do the job right the first time!

Dan replaced filters, cleaned and checked the AC unit and coils. He checked freon level, checked compressor, contactor, fan motor, capacitor and all wiring. Capacitor was replaced. He explained what he had done and was very professional.

Amazing. They showed up the same afternoon I called, and at the time they were expected. Quickly diagnosed and fixed my problem. I highly recommend this company. This is our second experience with them and will definitely use them again.

Installers were very knowledgeable and handled many questions from the homeowner. The project took three days, but the crew moved efficiently. Showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves.

They were very prompt about returning phone calls. Came to the home and gave us a thorough inspection of the systems, provided us with estimate, gave us a few options to choose from. They came promptly as scheduled, and a service manager came out and inspected all the work and had them tighten up or rework a couple of things before we paid them.

We are revamping a trailer home for our Son and Daughter to use and had another company diagnose the heat and air. After determining the furnace was bad and the air system was very old they told us we needed to replace the system. We got a quote from them to do the job of $8615 and called Aire Serv for a second estimate on the recommendation of our neighbor. Andrew Walker came out and gave us a much better price of $6722 and their labor warranty was 5 years (3 more than the other guys) on the system. I also got to work with the owner Scott on financing and was very pleased to get the system with 0% financing. We scheduled the job for today. Clint Gilliland and Eric and two other installers showed up exactly when they said and got busy putting in the system. 4 hours later they were done installing, testing and cleaning up. They were all very professional and friendly to work with. After they completed that install Clint and Eric accompanied me to our church to diagnose our system there which had been very messed up for over a year. Again we had had a completely different company work on this on two different occasions and it was never fixed right. So much so that we were having to turn the system off and on with the breaker instead of relying on our thermostat. Clint and Eric went right to work and knew the issue within 15 minutes of arrival. They had all the parts they needed on their truck and they fixed our system like new within a couple of hours. They then went out of their way to help in cost since we are a church and did it all for $415. I am very impressed with everyone I interacted with from this company and appreciate all they did for us both personally and with the church.

Donnie called about 15 minutes before he showed up, which was right on time. He was polite, respectful of our home and was very knowledgable as he had obviously been doing this a long time. He started off looking for the leak and found it very quickly in the condenser unit. He clearly showed me where it was and then took a few minutes while he figured up an estimate. When going over the estimate for repairs he informed me that our contactor was burned and pitted and recommended replacing it, especially as it would be cheaper to do it today while he was already here. When I asked about the cost of replacing the whole outdoor condenser unit he was prepared with an answer (~$3500) and we then talked about the details. He told me about their available payment plans and after some hemming and hawing from me I finally decided to just repair our current 10-year old builders-grade unit and hope it will last for several more years (~$900). Donnie had to go pick up a part and returned quickly, proceeding with the inspection and filter change and then moved on to the repair. He did a very nice job of cleaning up and hosed off the outside unit when he was done. Afterwards he collected payment and said that everything looked good and thought I would get several more years out of this unit. I was very impressed with Donnie and his professionalism and wouldn't hesitate to use Aire Serv again. In fact, we have used several companies in the past that I chose to not call back because I didn't feel comfortable with their pricing or ability to diagnose and fix the problem. It's never fun to have to shell out a lot of money for repairs, but it makes it a little less painful when you use competent professionals. Overall, great experience.

My boss met with Andrew Wallker at one or her rental properties to get an estimate on repairs or replacement of the AC unit. She proceeded to shake his hand when saying hello and he seemed very angry. She asked him was there a problem and he said yes because another company came to do a bid 30 minutes earlier and was still there. He said it was rude and she told him that she wanted two estimates and he refused to do an estimate and drove away.

Dan Barnett showed up on time after having called me as planned. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He stayed long enough not only to do the job but to answer all my questions and concerns. The house is older but new to us so there was quite a few things I needed an explanation about. He performed the routine check on both units, and found one to be potentially dangerous. He explained why and showed me where the problem was in a manner that I could clearly see and understand. He also removed old filters and replaced them with new ones, providing me with the references necessary to buy the next set. I decided to hire his services again to get the necessary repairs done. All of this for the agreed Angie's list special price of $64 per unit, and not a penny more.

Showed up less than an hour after I called. Dan was very friendly and professional. Didn't overcharge. I was very satisfied and I will definitely use them in the future.

The work Dan did on the air conditioner took care of the problem and it's worked fine ever since. For the heating issue, I may not be able to tell if the steps Dan gave me will work, but I think they will. He described exactly what he thought was happening and described other incidents that matched my problem. I appreciated the time he took to listen and try to diagnose what was going on.

The service person was on time, very coureous, had useful information, completed the check-up in a timely mannerl Definitely will use this company again.

Donnie was great as was Andy before him. Both of them were professional and courteous. Aire Serv has always responded to our issues with promptness and punctuality. We started annual maintenance services with them. Can't recommend them highly enough.
