Dan, the service technician, arrived at the scheduled time and quickly discovered the source of the noise problem in the outdoor air unit. He removed the part, explained in detail that it probably wasn't made any more and how leaving it out would make a trivial impact on the efficient operation of the unit. While the unit was open, he also washed the interior grills to help the unit work better. Dan was very thorough in his work and gave me a basic lesson in operation of the unit while he worked. For the service call and about an hour labor there was no charge. This may have had something to do with an upcoming furnace replacement we have scheduled with Aire Serv, but more importantly it demonstrates the level of efficiency and courtesy you can expect from them.

I needed a new heat pump put in. We had been limping along for 2 years with a system we got from another vendor years ago that never did heat or cool the house very well. We saved up and got a very nice system from Aire Serv. Clint, Billy,, Neal, and Micheal came out on Friday morning, gave me a good run down on what they were going to do, and went to work. By early afternoon my new system was up and running and all the old stuff was loaded on their trailer and out of my way. To be fair I did spend a little more, but I think it was worth it for the 10 year parts and labor guarantee. I got a very positive feeling of professionalism from all the guys that worked at my home. They answered all my questions and knew what they were doing. Since I moved to Oklahoma I have had nothing but bad luck with contractors, but this is the first time I got one from Angie's list. It may be too early to tell, but it looks like this time will be a very positive experience. So far, so good. :)

How do I spell R-E-L-I-E-F? One name: C-L-I-N-T at Aire Serv! I arrived home shortly before 9:00 p.m. on Monday evening, June 29, 2015 to find a HOT house. A quick check of the hallway thermostat displayed 80 degrees, but the thermostat setting remained fixed at 77. I lowered the setting to 76, but the actual temperature rose to 81. I also have an Ambient Home Weather Station which is located in the living room, about 25 feet from the house thermostat. It read 83 degrees and 65% humidity -- not a comforting combination. Next day, June 30, Clint rode to the rescue. Just like the Lone Ranger and the cavalry. He took no prisoners and slayed all those Gremlins who had attacked the fort. By the time Clint and his trusty van drove away in a cloud of cottonwood "puffs," the air conditioner operated the best it has performed since installation in May 2014. I've been able to raise the thermostat temperature and, and at the same time, achieve a greater level of home comfort. I call that a win-win. Clint, U d man!

Clint got my 21 year old a/c unit up and running in the middle of the summer heat! We woke up on July 3 to discover the a/c was working overtime and not accomplishing a thing. It took a while for it to thaw, but he came back, recharged the unit and told us to wait to see how long the charge lasts before deciding to get a new unit. His honesty and helpfulness is so refreshing in this day and age. I will definitely call them back when it's time for new equipment.

I think he was very professional and I hope the booster really can help my air conditioning unit.

Called and spoke with Jill. Very nice lady. Needed someone to come out in the morning because we were leaving for vacation at noon. Company was accomodating to my schedule. Dan came out to service the A/C unit and was very professional. Explained what he was going to do. Added freon, washed the unit, and checked the heater unit for water in the overflow pan. Very quick service. I will definitely use them again.

I highly recommend Aire Serv to my family, friends and co-workers. Dan came out recently and had the air conditioner up and working without any problem. He is very knowledgeable, professional, honest and very good at diagnosing and fixing the problem immediately. Will absolutely continue to use Aire Serv in the future. A+++

Honest company. Old unit that will eventually need to be replaced, but they have not pushed us on getting new. Used them on our old house and this house. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

Dan was the service provider. He was very prompt and very professional. He showed us the results of spring cottonwood bloom fuzz as it was clogging the whole air conditioner and we didn't even know it. We had changed filters recently, before the bloom, and so he gave us some more filters, checked all the parts and fans. We were concerned about a noise it was making, but he assured us that this was normal. Dan was very cooperative by wearing protective covering on his shoes in the house as I was having carpets cleaned that day as well. He showed us how to properly clean the inside in case of further cottonwood fuzz. We were pleased with his service. We used this company last year and will use them again.

We called Aire Serve for a second opinion on needing our HVAC unit replaced. Dan came out within a few hours and confirmed that the system was done. But unlike the first company, Dan took the time to explain everything very clearly. He made a call and that same afternoon Clint and Neal were there to take measurements to ensure proper installation. This was on a Tuesday and they were able to replace the unit on that Thursday. Clint, Neal, Billy, and Michael were at our house first thing Thursday morning. Clint went over everything they would be doing and how long it should take. They got right to work and were done around 3pm. Everything was left clean and tidy and the new unit is fantastic! Everyone at this company is very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Our service technician was Dan. He was absolutely amazing. He arrived within 20 minutes of calling. He had another job in front of us, but because our A/C and fan was completely off and the other job was not as critical, he bumped us to the front of the line. He was very professional; wore shoe covers when entering home, explained what he was going to do and found the issue within a few minutes. After completing the work and we paid (which was very reasonable and discounted because of Angie's List) he noticed that our return air vents were very dirty. He replaced them with new filters and cleaned the vent covers. He told us where we can purchase replacement filters in the future for 1/3 of the cost of Lowes or Home Depot. Best of all, he did not even charge us for the new filters or labor. Amazing service. I will always call AireServ and highly recommend them to anyone.

Everything was good for about 5 days and then A/C stopped working. They came out the next day after we reported it, and found loose wire. That was taken care of and now everything is good.

Clint and his crew arrived early and got on the job immediately. Clint and his crew were very professional in the installation. Afterwards, Clint stayed and gave a thorough explanation of the entire system.

As always, you can count on Dan providing excellent service . He offers friendly advice to help with equipment function, and performs service with a desire to please the customer. Also, he will call you back, if you are having a problem. Dan has a very pleasant personality, and never makes the customer feel like you are an inconvenience to his schedule. Overall, I have used this company for the last 3-4 years and will continue to do so.

I signed up for OG&E smart hours several months ago. I went to turn on my A/C a couple of days ago since the weather was getting hotter, but it wasn't working. I called up the company, and a technician was scheduled for the next day. My appointment was scheduled for between 9:00 - 9:30, and I got a call at 8:30 that the technician was on his way and would be there at 9 a.m. He showed up on time and introduced himself as Dan. He checked out the thermostat and condenser, and was able to diagnose the problem fairly quickly. It turns out the OG&E technician who had come to install the thermostat had done so incorrectly. Dan was prompt and efficient, and had everything working within two hours. He also went out of his way to explain the issue clearly so that I knew what the problem was. The service was great and the cost reasonable, and I have no problem using them or recommending them to friends and family.

Dan was the technician for Aire Serv. He did an awesome job. He was very educated on my air conditioner unit and it didn't take him long to fine what was wrong. he also gave me some information about the unit which I should have already informed of but no one has ever taken the time to show me there are batteries in the thermostat. if it had gone out I would have been lost. Thank you Dan!!! It didn't take any time at all for him to put the new parts in the air conditioner. I would definitely would use this company again and would also refer them to family and friends.

Outstanding service! Dan, the technician checked all aspects of the A/C unit gave a complete explanation of his findings and finished with a thorough cleaning of the entire unit. Exceptionally professional in all aspects. Only negative comment is that it took over two weeks to schedule and appointment once I purchased the deal from Angie's List. I would definitely recommend this company/technician to anyone needing HVAC services at their home or business.

Dan arrived right on time and began cleaning the outside A/C compressor units. There was debris in the bottoms of both units - leaves, twigs, pet hair, dirt, etc. After washing out the debris, he checked the electronic components of the compressors. During this check, Dan found that a capacitor was failing in the smaller unit and recommended that it be replaced - which I agreed to. That was great since it eliminated a potential A/C outage during the summer months. And replacing the capacitor was done as part of the tuneup - no additional charge for labor or a service call later in the year. The other compressor checked out fine. No other problems were discovered during the tuneup. I highly recommend having Aire Serv do an annual A/C tuneup in the spring (and a furnace tuneup in the fall). They do good work and are very honest - no trying to sell you something you don't need. I now have peace of mind that my air conditioners will work when the summer cooling season arrives. That is definitely worth the price of the A/C tuneup.

Donnie was our service technician and he did a very professional and efficient job. He was very courteous, answered my questions and put covers on his shoes before he came in the house. He did not have to add freon (this is an old 1999 unit but still runs). He did note that the contactor points were almost deficient so we had those replaced at a good price (99.00). This is the third time we have used Aire Serve and are very pleased with them, so we went ahead and got the advantage plan for 1 year. They did a great job and we feel good using their services.

Problem identified by the Air Serve maintenance technician during a scheduled annual service of my residence zoned systems (up and down stairs units). The upstairs unit was original builder's unit aprox 25 years old - inoperative. Technician provided options (repair or replace) and recommendations. Opted to replace. Scheduled replacement following week (6 days later). Installation team arrived on time as pre-coordinated. All activities conducted efficiently and professionally. Team arranged delivery of new unit from another provider to exactly match removal activities that minimized dead time and trash accumulation. Bad weather was forecasted and threatening; team leader monitored progress of weather; team was staffed sufficiently and worked quickly in order to complete work before bad weather Clean up was excellent; all team members very professional and courteous. This is the 5th time I have used Aire Serve over the last 4 years, 3 different residence; second time a complete system replacement. Consistently outstanding service!
