Everything went great:! They were professional, knowledgeable, and the kind of individuals that are a real pleasure to have come to your home to provide services. . They want out of their way to do several extras, which meant a great deal! I look forward to having them back in the spring.

We are on the Advantage Maintenance Plan. Andy came and did a good professional job of checking and maintaining our furnace. We continue to be pleased with Aire Serv. They do a thorough honest check and will give you suggestions for improving efficiency but put no pressure on you to buy additional items. They are courteous and efficient.

Technician (Dan) called in advance of arrival to let us know he was on the way. He arrived on time and was prepared. One of the things I truly like about Aire Serv is how knowledgeable they are and their attention to detail. They are willing to answer customer's questions and explain in an easy to understand way what they are doing. They spend the time to check components and check parts which could possibly be coming to the end of their service life. This greatly diminishes the possibility of future break downs and service calls. Since using Aire Serv for twice a year maintenance; we have experienced only one breakdown requiring a service call in the past 8 years. I feel that they provide exceptional service at a reasonable price. The technician even had the paper work with him to complete the Oklahoma Natural Gas Energy Efficiency Audit; which results in added savings for the customer when completed and sent in.

Dan called approx. 30 minutes prior to the service call, (which gave me time to prepare for his arrival). I had forgotten about the appointment and would have rescheduled, but I knew that I could count on Dan to perform all the necessary procedures to get the furnace ready for winter. After servicing the unit, Dan explained possible problems that may require replacing some of the parts due to the aging of the unit. He explained what would need to be done and an approximate cost. Aire Serv is reasonable and ready to meet the needs of their customers. I have used them for the past three years, and will continue to use them because of their great service.

Dan came out this time to do the annual maintenance on our unit. We have the annual service contract so this visit didn't cost a thing because I had already paid for it :) I appreciate the fact that they always give me the paperwork I need to send in for my $30.00 ONG rebate as well. We have used Aireserve for several years and refer them to all of our family and friends. We used them when we had our old unit and when it was time to replace it we bought a new heat and air unit from Aireserve because of their professionalism. Over the years we have had Scott, Andy, Donnie 1, Donnie 2, Gabe and now Dan. We appreciate their attention to detail and their concern for our needs. We are very satisfied customers and will continue to use Aireserve and you should too. Can't say enough good things about them. Use them and find out for yourselves.

I was very impressed with the professionalism and the sense of warmth and genuine care for the needs of myself and family members shown by each individual we had contact with AireServ, starting from the first phone call with the more than helpful and kind receptionist, sales and technicians. The service we received was above and beyond expectations. Each person had pride and even a vested interest in each of their roles within the company and with me as the consumer. I later found out that all the employees have at least 5 years of employment and others had 15 years. You don't see companies that have that kind of employee satisfaction and commitment at a shady company there has to have some redeeming and admirable qualities for employees to stay and exhibit that kind of pride. I felt that they respected me as a person with individual needs and they planned and delivered accordingly...I was not made to feel like customer number x or the owner's next profit. Now for the job...I had an over 30 year old a/c and heater that I acquired with the home. The two gentlemen came in and took both units away and installed the new ones in while respecting my home and privacy. They went into the attic space and inspected the existing ducts and found several that were too small to adequately cool or heat other rooms in my home. They replaced those without adding to our bill. My thermostat was replaced with one that had many other controls on it. They took the time to teach me how to use it effectively. Every part of the job was explained to me in a professional manner, not condenscending. I appreciated that they felt that I was a part of the team and respectfully answered all questions that I had. When the installers left the workspace was clean and I was left with a business card for everyone who entered my home. Now the way that I really grade a company is NOT by the sales service but how they respond with their customer service and how the way they respond to any glitches that may come up. Although the sales rep.was VERY helpful and was able to help me to get the very best deal with a great payment plan! Two days after installation the air did not seem to be cooling as well as I thought it should. I called the office and told them my concern. It was a Friday afternoon close to four o'clock...I always dreaded those late phone calls coming into my work. I was not told that someone should be calling me soon or excuses as to why I would not be heard until Monday, but instead I was met with concern an apology and a definitive statement that a technician would be by within the hour to check it out.True to her word the tech came by with over 30 minutes to spare found that an important part was not working properly. The faulty part was found from another company as they did not have one in stock. The tech explained that he personally had never experienced this particular part malfunctioning. The unit was working in another hour cool home, happy husband and children. Also when they were installing the heater which shares a space with our hot water heater, the installer noticed that a pipe that went into our hot water heater had started to leak from a busted seam. One of the installers called the local home repair store and had them deliver a new pipe and installed it...all without charge to me. They live up to their standards that are written in their creed and on their business cards. I would not go anywhere else or trust any other HVAC company than Aire Serv. They truly treat you as one of their own.

The service provider contacted us early, because he was available earlier than expected. He inspected all systems, replaced filters, discussed what he was doing as he went. He wore covers over his shoes so that he would not track dirt or dust around our home. Very professional.

Great service, used them before. Will continue to use them. THE BEST.

They made several trips as we had more units to service than they thought. They were good in communicating but it took 2 weeks of appointments over many days to complete. Still worthy of a good review and we will use them again.

Andrew came out to do the initial inspection. He was very professional and knowledgeable, and I liked how he was able to give me a quote immediately. We chose to go with Aire Serv, and they were able to start the job within 2 days, but before they even began, Clint came out to inspect the house to make sure he knew all the details. It was a very complicated job, and he spent more time on his inspection than what he had anticipated because he was being very thorough with the scene, and I so appreciated his attention to detail. There were a couple of times when they chose the more difficult "path" because it would be more aesthetically pleasing. Even though it was a tough job, they still got everything done in a good time. Everyone on the team (Clint, Billy, Michael, Gabe) was punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and wonderful to work with. I feel like they went above and beyond with customer service, and I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing their services.

They were easy to work with, they took their time explaining, and we did get a discount because we are Angie's List members.

My wife pointed out there was something wrong with one of our old AC units one morning; the pipe running into the house was covered with ice! I tried to turn the unit off with the thermostat, which didn't work, and had to pull the fuse to make the unit stop. When I called Aire Serv, I was told that the soonest they could come out was the following afternoon and I agreed to that. A few hours later they called again and said that someone could be out today and I gladly agreed to that. The technician, Donnie, arrived on time and quickly found the problem - a failed switch. This was not surprising as the AC unit was installed in 1979. Donnie had a "universal" switch in the truck which he installed, tested and it worked perfectly. In fact it has solved the problem of the old unit shutting off with a loud "thunk". When I asked him what I owed him, he answered that we had recently spent a lot of money getting a new furnace/AC unit installed, so the service call (and parts!) were on the house. Great company to do business with!!

I called on a Sunday to schedule repair for Monday. I was pleased when they had the technician call me and he was planning on coming out right away. It began to rain and he called promptly to ask to wait until the rain ended. As soon as the rain ended he called again and was at my home within 20 minutes. He quickly found the problem, made some recommendations which I couldn't do at this time and was not pushy about the extra options. He was polite and finished the work quickly. I will use them again.

It was We love Donnie who came out for repairs. He was professional and reasonable and very skilled. When they came out and installed our new units and added 2 new vents they did

We called Aire Serv and talked to Donnie on Sunday July 19. Our blower was not working. He came out that day and found the control circuit board was bad causing the blower not to run. He also checked the freon level on the air conditioner unit. He fixed the wiring so that the blower would run without the circuit board until a new one could be ordered and installed. Thank goodness he was able to do that. We might have had to go to a motel due to the outside temperatures. He located the part the next day and was able to replace it the day after that. The whole experience was great! Just wanted to add my review with all the other close to 400!

It went fine. Any installer, however, can arrive on time, be friendly and repond courteouly. Where the "rubber meets the road" for me is in the service area. Our 28-year-old unit could no longer hold refrigerant. We decided to replace it as well as the 28 year old furnace. Dan Barnett, technician, came out and gave us an estimate that was about three thousand dollars less than another estimate we had. It was going to be two weeks before the company could install the units, therefore, he offered to lend us a portable unit. We were not able to accept the offer because it had to be vented through a window, and we would be unable to arm our security system. When an opening for installation ocurred earlier than two weeks, Dan offered us the slot. He also promptly completed the form needed for us to get a rebate from Oklahoma Natural Gas. The tecninicians who came were prompt, very polite and helpful and very courteous, professional and friendly. A few weeks later the system failed to work. The temperature outside was nearly 100 degees. I called the company and spoke with Jill. She said, "I will send someone out as soon as possible. It will be today." TODAY - That's exactly the correct response. Before two hours, a technician had arrived and within short order had fixed the problem which had something to do with a connector burning and shorting out a fuse in the unit. That's why I give them an A. They come TODAY and fix the problem.

rAfter a thorough inspection and presentation of options by the sales rep, Andrew Walker, we picked one of the replacement options for our ancient furnace and aging air conditioning unit. We asked for an installation time that worked well for us and Aire Serv was able to accommodate us. The four-man crew of Billy, Clint, Michael and Neal showed up on time and ready to go to work. Clint went over what they were going to do and, in the process, discovered that they had made a mistake and picked up the more expensive furnace model from their supplier. We said it was no problem for us if they wanted to take it back and get the model we picked, but Clint said it probably wasn't worth the time and effort and that they would install the more expensive model for the lower price. This was unexpected, and amounted to about a 10% discount on the system. Don't expect this from your average HVAC contractor! The work proceeded smoothly and professionally, even though they had to work in a cramped area and re-engineer some of the duct connections. The fit and finish of the completed installation was excellent, the clean-up was thorough and the overall experience was great. We won't hesitate to call on Aire Serv for our future heat and air needs,
