 + -1 moreIt went very well. I thought they did a fine job. The workmanship on the chair is very good. It is a very old chair and they took very good care of it. I thought it was a little expensive, but they did a good job. They were very quick. I thought it was going to be a long, drawn-out process and they had it done in no time.
Description of Work: I have used Adair's Custom Upholstery. They re-upholstered a chair and ottoman.

 + -1 moreThe job was done in a reasonable time frame (they said about a week, and that was accurate), the color match was very nearly perfect, and the result is that the furniture looks brand new again! By the way, it was nice that we when I brought the cushions in for the initial visit, they took measurements and I was able to take the cushions back home again until the material came in. This minimized the time our furniture was without cushions, and my wife was pleased about that since she watches TV from the couch and likes to recline.
Description of Work: The cushions on our red leather couch and matching love seat were wearing thru in one spot and thinning badly in a few other spots. Also, the padding was getting a little tired. Talked about having the seating portions of the cushions redone in matching red leather. The folks pointed out that getting a true color match in leather was seldom accurate, and was VERY expensive. We looked at vinyl and they had a supplier that had a color match that was about 99% accurate and far less expensive. They agreed to replace the padding and also to reupholster the front faces of the cushion so the surfaces would be smooth and sharp looking.

 + -1 moreItem picked up in early June. Delivered in August. Three larger back pillows missing replaced by two smaller arm pillows. That was fixed. Did not match design well with poor execution of skirt and cushion fronts. Had asked fro 4 throw pillows and only got two.
Description of Work: Labor to re-upholster couch plus pick-up and delivery.
