When I accepted the services of this company we agreed upon a price per hour but at the moment of paying for the service he charged me for things that he never mentioned he was going to charge from the beginning and the price was a lot more at the end than what we agreed upon. He made pay a lot more than what we agreed upon. But besides this he has experience on mounting a TV.

I was pleased with the demeanor and work.

I had to do more work than the tech. I provided needed ladders. The job was in two parts. He completed one part and then left, refusing to do the second part.

Greg is awesome. He's been installing antennas for 40 years and he knows what he is talking about. Installation was exactly as he stated and the cost was exactly what he quoted. He quit knowlegable and extremely pleasant. We highly recommend him. We are so thrilled we cut the cords and are no longer paying over $113 a month to the cable company and we love the selections of channels that are available and free. We highly recommended him to Channel Masters, who is educated us on cutting the cords. Best decision we ever made, we won't go back. We can buy our individual channels through Apple TV and wifi and we pay exactly what we want for pennies each month.

I was very pleased with the quick response and service. The installer took pride in his work and making sure we were happy with the finished product.

Gregory came 2 hours earlier than scheduled which was good for me. He observed my problem with antenna TV due to the severe storms we had 3 weeks ago. He climbed on the roofâ on up to the antenna and connected the coax cable that had pulled loose. He proceeded into the house and re-programmed My 5 TVâ s to be sure each had a clear picture and all 53 channels appeared. Plus he checked my amplifiers in the attic for future improvements. His charges were very, very reasonable for I live 70 miles away from OKC. Greg was knowledgeable on a solution and completed it to his and my satisfaction. ThankYou Gregory!!!!!
