Greg is wonderful. I had this install done for my mom who is a senior. He is patient and kind. Wasn't sure there were still companies out there with such great customer service. I have already referred 2 friends that are planning to install the HDTV antenna in the attic and get rid of cable.

Installer was knowledgeable and quick.

Installed a new HD antenna with an eave mount and used my rg-9 cable . He came out even though weather was cold and tucked the cable in nicely and hooked it up inside and verified that all was working well.

After 2.5 hrs of atempted diagnosis of satellite service I still had no reception. The rep. complained about trees and actually wanted to run cable across the pad next to me (RV park) and set my tailgater on their picnic table. Aprox. $250.00 later he left & all I had was 80 ft. of new cable that I didn't need.

Once we were able to get our schedules to match up, the project went smoothly. We are happy with the outcome.

Prompt, easy to work with, recommended a better solution without being pushy, and would call him if another job was needed.
