Would not recommend

We're very pleased with the job Greg did and would use his services again. He Installed a new coax for our digital TV and did a very neat job especially considering he wasn't able to route it along the path of the original cable. And no wires are showing outside the house. We were of the idea that we needed a new antenna to cope with a lesser digital signal but he found our existing antenna was sufficient and the problem was just the cable. So we were saved the unnecessary expense of a new antenna and its installation. We certainly are happy about that! Plus he called Immediately after we requested the quote and did the job the next day!

Greg knows his stuff. He was able to walk me though what was needed to get my surround sound system working. I had to brake this project into three different projects because of cost. I had the speakers so Greg mounted them and ran wire into closet and behind the TV to be ready for project 2. I will be purchasing a new LED TV and surround sound 7-1 speaker system next. The third project is to install a TV in other room.

Greg was very nice, and he does know what he's doing. However, Greg did make a mental error and forgot he was hooking up DirecTv instead of Dish Network and should have run two cables instead of one. He did apologize and say he could come back and complete the job, but there would still be a charge for the time. So it would cost me more to have him come back out, which I can't afford to do. So I'll have to live with it half completed. He should've offered to come back and finish it for the cost of the additional cable because I've already paid for the time to run it. With that, I would have been 100% satisfied, but I'm left very dissapointed.

Responded promptly, did exactly what he said he would do with a fair price. His work was absolutely top notch & would recommend him to anyone without hesitation!

Gregg returned my call quickly and set up appointment to install UHF antenna in the attic the next day. He showed up on time and did the work efficiently, also added a tv outlet in the kitchen. Gregg does neat work and, obviously, has a lifetime of experience to draw upon.

What a pro; Greg installed a TV over the fireplace, mounted in-wall and ceiling speakers, and hooked up all of the components. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Thanks again Greg.

Greg spent one entire day getting our office set up just the way we wanted it--two flat screen tvs hung on the walls with no cords showing. He cared as much about getting it "right" as we did and helped us the next day by phone when one of the remote controls needed some adjustment. He is very professional, prompt, courteous and knows how to do a good job. We would highly recommend Action Satellite for any home or office wiring and set up needs.
