Description of Work: Hired to do tree work. No show after weeks of excuses. This person is more interested in letting his potential clients know he "doesn't have to work" than actually completing jobs in a timely and professional manner.

+ 1 moreInitially, the owner of 7Services stated that he, without a doubt, could fit the sofa in the room if he removed the doorframe. Once the doorframe was removed, the sheetrock had to be cut. Once the sofa was in the room, Otis, the owner of 7Services, put the doorframe back on, and was going to leave space between the doorframe and the sheetrock. We had to tell him that this was unacceptable, and that he needed to fill on the space. The staples were also visible on the doorframe once he put it back on. Otis left and informed us that he would return to re-stain the doorframe. It is now August 31, 2015 and Otis has not returned to complete the work. We requested that a leg on the sofa be fixed, and to date, it has not been completed. Lastly, we also requested an estimate for the damaged sofa that was delivered on July 8, 2015 and to this date, have not received it. 7Services is very unorganized and does not follow-up on work to be completed in a timely manner. I definitely will not use this company again, and strongly recommend that consumers do not use this company!
Description of Work: We hired 7Services to remove a doorframe in order to fit a sofa into a room.

+ 2 moreAll the first 4 jobs were done satisfactorily The door was not replaced even though he was paid for it. I contacted him multiple times about finishing the job and got nothing but innovative excuses. Do not pay this person until the job is finished!
Description of Work: Contracted to do 5 jobs; trim hedges, remove shed, remove trash, shingle shed, replace shed door. Did the first 4 but not the door replacement. I prepaid for the entire job including the door in advance. The first door he brought did not fit. He said he would be back with a replacement but did not come back and failed to return my calls.

+ 0 moreThey got the job done in just a few hours and left the entry cleaner than when they got there. Otis was great to work with. He wanted to make sure the job was done right. We had one idea of what we thought should be done but his expertise pointed us in another direction. We will be having him back out to pour new concrete and install the new flooring.
Description of Work: Removed several inches of mortar in entry from tile installed by previous owner.

+ 6 moreI was very pleased with the work that 7Services provided. Otis is very detail oriented in making sure that you get everything you want. His attention to even the smallest of things means that the work will look extremely professional. He is also willing to work around your schedule to make sure that the job is completed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Otis and his services for whatever it is that you need done. And a side note, Otis is an extremely nice individual who cares not only about his work but how well you are satisfied. A wonderful human and a wonderful company.
Description of Work: 7services did a lot of work at my house. Removed cabinets, built new shelves, installed new wood flooring and a built-in desk with new electrical lines as well as paint exterior and stain beams.
