On Saturday I received a water bill which led me to believe that I had a water leak. I did some initial investigating on Sunday and saw a water leak under the house. I called the plumber first thing on Monday. I waited for a response from the plumber but went to work since I had not heard from them. I have to turn off my phone at work so I did not get the plumber's message until my lunch hour. I returned the call to the plumber and had to leave a voice message. I tried calling the plumber when I got off work but his phone would not accept incoming calls. I called early Tuesday and was told that they do not get to Durant until 10:00 a.m. or after. I thanked him and called another plumber since this one was not easy to work with or concerned about my water leak.
Description of Work: I left a message at 7:53 a.m. and did not get a response until after 11:00 a.m. Tried to set up an appointment for early the next morning but was told that they do not get to Durant until 10:00 a.m. I felt that this was not very good since I had a leak under the house and called another plumber who came right out and fixed the problem before 10:00 a.m.

The owner , Kevin, came promptly to assess the work that was needed and was helpful in selecting appropriate replacement fixtures and water works for the bathroom remodel. He was flexible in scheduling the work around the availability of the replacement faucets and fixtures. The two men who performed the work arrived on schedule and promptly performed their work in a clean, organized and workmanlike manner. When they encountered a challenge or snag, they were professional in their behavior and tackled the job with a "can do" attitude. There was no complaining or unpleasant attitude from either of the guys working on the job. The quality of the work is excellent, there have been no call-back problems with any of the work they performed. The invoice for the work was very slow to arrive, and in fact I worried that it might have been mailed to the wrong address so I called the office and left a message that I had not been billed. When the statement did arrive, it conformed with the quote I had been given before the job was started. The whole experience exceeded my expectations; I was treated honestly and fairly and I can say without any hesitancy that if you are in need of professional plumbing service, ACE is your BEST OPTION!
Description of Work: Replaced Electric HW heater and added raised platform and tub/shower access panel; installed overflow pan and drain; installed customer's tub and shower faucet, tub drain, new lavatory and faucet set; installed new toilet.
