The unit was installed over a couple of days. It cost approx $9,500. It worked for a few weeks then froze up. they came and inspected the unit and put more coolant in, which they charged us for. when the weather changed and we switched to heat we had to call them back out because the unit wouldn't turn off, which they charged us for. when we switched back to cool the unit wouldn't work again so they came and said it was the thermostat, which they charged us for. The last time they came out was as the weather began to warm up again and we wanted the AC. the unit once again would not cool. we called Seller's, they sent out their tech who intern had to call a supervisor to consult on the issue. they told us that the problem was due to solder in the pipe from the installation. Even though they told us it was their problem they still charged us. At this point i am not paying and will be sending the bill to my attorney. Save yourself the headache and stay away from these guys
