What ever Orkin was using, wasn't working, and I would have to call them back out. Sometimes it would take them 2 weeks to come back out! I went on vacation for about 1 month. Orkin did come out while I was gone. I believe they came out about 2 weeks before we returned. 10 minutes after we walked into the house, my kids and I were attacked by fleas! I don't know how we had fleas, because I have no carpet in my house. My dog wasn't even at the house while we were gone. I called Orkin, and told them about the flea problem. I asked Orkin how this could happen. They said flea control was a totally different problem, and would cost more money and, blah, blah, blah. I told them they were just taking my money for months and nothing was helping. So, I canceled my service, and I called Terminix. They said my roach problem was not water roaches, but German roaches, and my problem had probably quadrupled. Terminix told me that they can't spray for fleas and roaches at the same time because the flea spray will decontaminate the roach spray. He said there was nothing they could do, and I should tear my house down, and start over! Are you kidding me! Then I called Miracle Lab of Oklahoma. They came out, and told me to take everything out of my kitchen. They would spray for the roaches, after 30 days they will come back, spray for the fleas, then 30 days later come back out for the roaches again. They said the fleas were easy to get rid of. My Vet told me that too when I called him. Orkin's customer service sucks! They called me from a Ardmore, which is a city 145 miles away, and asked if I had found someone to come out. If Orkin would have been able to treat the problem, it would have been worth the money. I will never use them again.
