Tge locksmith who showed up was half an hour late, rude, lied to us, told us the amount quoted over the phone was wrong and refused to provide us with info on who we can call to talk to about his poor service. This business has a myriad of DBAs when you search for a locksmith near your City... you will find most of his sites will list his company name and license number but not all do. (OKC-Locksmith JB #2003) If you call a locksmith and are unsure if this is thrm, ask them for their company name and State License Number. His current license number is #2003 with the Oklahoma Department of Labor. If they won't or can't provide you with this information call a different locksmith because it might be this business! Their websites and vehicles must display their license number - if they dont, take a picture and report them to the Oklahoma Department of Labor. If their locksmith does not have a current license issued by the Department of Labor, report them too. For the record, I gave this business a chance to make things right. I left voicemails for them to call me back and they never did...

I was very happy with this service. They answered my inquiry quickly and was able to schedule very quickly. They were great in communicating when they may run a little late, and were very apologetic for the delay (it was no problem and very minor). They got the work done quickly, explained what they were doing and why, and were reasonably priced. Would definitely use again.

Jason arrived at the agreed upon time and went to work immediately. He was polite, courteous and did a great job. The bill was exactly as quoted and he did some extra work. I would use this company again for any key work.
