They told me to be there at 8 am on a Friday. I live pretty far from them but I agreed to be there. I showed up and had them tell me, oops, my glass hasn't arrived so they rescheduled for Monday morning. I go Monday morning, they install my new windshield. A few months later, the top trim comes off of my windshield so I call them and was told to be there at 8 am on Friday Morning, remember I live quite a ways from them, so I showed up at 8 am like they told me to and they then proceeded to tell me they didn't have time that day to fix it, and I needed to come back on Monday. I told them it was a long drive for me. And the guy was not very friendly about it either. I decided it wasn't worth the trouble driving all the way over there again so I just bought the adhesive and fixed it myself. I feel like they could have communicated with me and saved me the extra trips but the office staff don't seem like they are very organized. I do not recommend them to anyone. Your time is more valuable than to be making wasted trip to them and wasted gas!
