Description of Work: This company insulated my sister's new room and she was pleased. I requested a quote for insulating the walls and roof in my new garage. It took about 5 phone messages over the course of 2 months, to receive a return call. I was told they were very busy but would call when they could do the job - which is what they told my sister, and did her job within 2 weeks. After 6 weeks, I called and left several more pleasant voice messages, but no return call. I continued to call periodically, and finally got in touch. I was told to find someone else. I rated this company a D in all categories because they did eventually return my call. I have contacted other insulation businesses, but none who service my area have spray-foam equipment.

+ -1 moreThey did an excellent job! They were responsive and easy to work with. They scheduled the whole thing and were always on time. They allowed billing over a 30 day period. They also gave us an Angie's List discount.
Description of Work: They reinsulated a rental property for us.
