I’ve never had a contractor show up on time! Every time! This was a large job and he handled every detail from landscape lighting to plant selection perfectly. It is beautiful! Blaine did the design and had ideas I never would have dreamed could be in our budget. The hard scape with pavers, building stone and rocks is prettier than I imagined. He suggested adding a bubbler rock with cathedral stone and it is the perfect addition of a fountain without the fuss. Cant wait to see it in the spring when everything is blooming!

Blaine was prompt, professional, and worked hard to finish the project in a timely manner. We are happy with the work he did and the variety of plants he recommended for the yard.

We knew of Blaine because he takes care of our neighbors attractive lawn and landscape. He did some work for us and did a nice job promptly. Then I called him about my parent’s yard, which needed a major overhaul. He met me the same day to see the yard which had been torn up by plumbing work and had a forrest of trees, and the patio which was piled high with “stuff.” Within eleven days of my call, Blaine hauled off all the “stuff,” cut down about ten trees, did dirt work, rebuilt retaining walls and laid sod. Now it looks so good! We are thrilled! Blaine is also such a nice person to work with. We highly recommend him!

Blaine was very responsive to my request for an estimate and quick to follow up when I had additional questions. His pricing was better than another company I had also bid with. He completed the job in a timely manner and did not even require me to present for the estimate or job completion (although I chose to be there for the latter). He answered all of my questions with patience and with an ear to helping educate me in the process. I would definitely recommend.

Mr. Rowe and his assistant arrived as planned with all supplies and tools on hand and made quick work of our project. The landscape looks fantastic and the backyard looks new. They cleaned everything up and performed the service we needed flawlessly.

Rowe's Landscaping provided excellent direction and advice on our landscaping project. They removed all of the existing plants and replaced with a very updated and curb friendly look including weed control, landscaping bricks, new plants, mulching, and removal. The job was completed in about 6 hours. They did an amazing job that fit our needs and budget.

My home is for sale and the realtor scheduled an open house. I am disabled and had no idea how I was going to get the yard ready...until I saw the deal on Angie's List. After talking to Blaine he literally came to my rescue, fitting me in and working the day before he left for vacation. And Blaine really outdid himself! My jaw dropped (and still does) when I saw how he transformed my front yard! Without my asking, he also cleaned up my back yard and hauled away a bunch of limbs. His work is worth every penny and more...I'll be a lifelong customer of Rowe Landscaping!

Decent job overall but still looks quite messy. Could be too large a job for time allotted, but expected a bit more.

Great! Responsive, and fixed everything on the spot. The repairs were extra, but at a very reasonable price for the amount of work he did.

I had Blaine Rowe dig out the edge of two large flower beds. He did a great job. Blaine contacted me shortly after I purchased his Angie's List Special deal. We set up a time for a couple of days later. Blaine showed up on time. I showed him what I wanted done and he promptly got to work and did an excellent job. I have numerous landscaping jobs throughout the year and plan on seeing if Blaine can help me out in the future.

I just like his work, he does a good job and he’s a good guy.

He and I worked out a deal where he put in some landscaping and did a little bit of trimming up and stuff around the yard. There were no extra charges because we actually got plan.

Blaine was awesome. Will be hiring again for other work.

They cleaned out my garden beds, put in new garden beds and planted flowers and shrubs. The price was good, excellent.

The owner spent plenty of time walking around and showing me what I had planted, what would look good to replace it with, what he would do, how long it would take him, and when he had a quote he brought it to the house to explain it and answer questions. When he came to do the work he did not disturb us, he was professional, prompt, on time, and fast! The other thing, he always called me back.

Excellent work. Yard looks great and we look forward to hiring Mr. Rowe again in the future.

When he looked at it, to his credit, he told me he couldn't do it all the way across the top. However, I was desperate to get something done, so told him to do what he could. The sides were great! However, not only were their places which stuck up over the top, none of it was the same height on the top. A friend of mine came and chopped off the high peaks (so I don't know why he could not have done that). However, the top dips and rises instead of being even.
