Nice guy who never showed up or returned any of our 4 follow-up phone calls.

Everything started on the day he promised and finished on the day he promised. Everything looks good, he stops by periodically to check on the new sod status and will be back to winterize.
Description of Work: Installed an underground sprinkler system with 5 zones, stripped the front yard and installed Fescue sod.

Description of Work: Our biggest complaint about this vendor is the ability to contact him/his company. His phone line answers that he is unavailable and the voice mail box is full. This is not just one time it is every time. As far as service, it seemed like we always had sprinkler problems that were never resolved.

They were pretty good. They came out and they gave me an estimate on the work. They did some things while they were here to get me by. They were very good to deal with. Actually they did not charge me for what they did while they were here. Later, the cost of the service was 250 dollars or somewhere in that range. The work was excellent. Overall, that job went very well. Other Angie's List members should know that they do good work, easy to deal with and on time. The price was 'B', it was good.
Description of Work: The last time I had the service would have been 7 months ago roughly. They installed a new sprinkler line for a garden that we created. It had to do with adding on to an existing system.

As always he is very prompt, courteous and the problem is fixed. I would always recommend him to anyone.
Description of Work: We've had our sprinkler system re-worked and different maintenance issues performed on our sprinkler system by Mr. Ross, from sprinkler heads to the computer system needing to be fixed. (He was not the original installer of our system)
