CINDY'S ELECTRONICS

I dropped off two laptops. They told me they would call to let me know what needed to be done and what it would cost. They said there was a $45 bench fee if repairs are made or not. When they called, they said one could be fixed but didn't think the other was worth fixing and he would let me know. He said nothing in it was worth anything and asked if they could keep it in exchange for the $45 bench fee. When I told him I would pick it up, he said it would take a few days to put it back together and he would call. A few days after, he called to say a guy that worked for him sold a piece of memory out of it and there was nothing he could do about it because I said he could have it. He even went on to say that I would have done the same thing if I was him. I didn't know what to say and finally said "Thanks for letting me know." A few days later, he left a message to tell me he got it back together and I could come and get it and it was $45!! I called him to tell him my kids had been sick and I wasn't sure when I could pick it up. The one he did repair seems to work fine except one program wasn't completely installed and there are several scratches and pry marks on it. It was only six weeks old and I know the marks were not there before. The work area was filled with cigarette smoke and my computer and bag smelled horribly for days.
