+ -1 moreVery slow to get the home built - 3 months late. Took a long time to start and even longer to complete. He couldn't attend the closing because he was at the house doing final items with his people. He has not been in the house with us since the closing occurred. No final walk-through nothing. Couldn't get the contract situated properly for financing until the very end. Items needing repairs after moving in has not been completed even following 8 emails, many texts and calls and face to face talks. Owner gives an answer to appease but no follow through. Project Management skills severely lacking as he will not provide schedule of work to be done and timelines for that work to be completed. Even with several request for timelines from the vendor.
Description of Work: We had Tyner Homes build our house.
