It went fine. We found the service via Angie's and called them. We got an appt right away. They came out and did a super job.

Came home after being out of town at 7:30pm on a Saturday night and found our water heater had broke. Builder didn't install a drain pan so our garage and living room carpeting was flooded. Called AAA Plumbing and Dan was out by 8pm and quickly installed a new water heater and drain pan. He did an awesome job and I would recommend him to anyone needing service.

he was prompt and very polite. He had to make gasket to fit as it was no longer available.. I was very pleased with his service. Would use him again.

AAA Plumbing was very good. They were prompt and professional.

He did a great job and everything was fine. It turned out that I had an illegal line that was installed back in the 70?s. If I had known about it, I could have had a whole new line put in for free. He did patch it, so I did not have to have the whole line dug up. I spent about $160 on that service. I used him for years and as a matter fact he was referred to me by my Ex because he did a bunch of work for my Ex-brother in-law. He was very congeal and was on time. He does work for the people that I rent the building that I am at, so he does commercial work too besides residential.

I have used them four times now. One time I called them on an emergency situation on a Sunday, and they came right out. They always do an excellent job. They are priced very fairly.

I thought the price was a little high, but not bad though. They did a very good job installing the new hydrant. They were very professional and had all of the equipment needed to do the work in their truck. I would use them again.

The work was done in a timely manner and they cleaned up well behind themselves. Their price was competitive and reasonable even though it was an hourly rate. We would use their services again because of their professionalism.

THE TREES ON THE OUTSIDE OF MY HOME WERE GROWING INSIDE OF MY DRAINS. THEY HAD TO CUT THE ROOTS OF THE TREES TO GET THE DRAINS UNCLOGGED. THEY GOT THE JOB DONE IN A TIMELY FASHION. I HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS SINCE.

I WAS VERY UPSET AND ANGRY AT THE TERRIBLE JOB THEY HAD DONE. THE DRAIN DOES NOT CLOSE RIGHT. IT ALSO WAS SILVER TO AND NOW IT HAS A GOLD LOOK TO IT. IT DOES NOT MATCH ANYTHING. THE DRAIN WAS REPLACED BUT I WAS NOT VERY SATISFIED.
