Description of Work: My washing machine wasn't allowing cold water into any cycle. The repairman diagnosed and fixed the problem, even though he ran into a little trouble doing so. He kept at it until the machine was working properly. I would recommend this company to anyone in our service area.

 + -1 moreNever called me to report what he found out. I called office at least once per day for the next three days to try to find out what was going on. My call was never returned! His ad boasts "when it has to work TODAY"-give me a break.
Description of Work: Looked at my washer first thing on Tuesday morning. Told me he would call me later after ordering parts. Estimated cost $200.
