Description of Work: The provider, Best Choice Remodeling, sent out a man to talk to us. His name was Harvey Newby. After looking over the project and listening to us, he said he's turn in the paperwork and get back with us, He NEVER has. That is very unprofessional, to say the least.

 + 0 moreThe tile was delayed from the company I had ordered from & Bill patiently worked around that issue & also corrected a plumbing problem he found during the tear out. His tile contractor Sam was very efficient & did a great job. Bill was very professional & clarified up front the cost & work to be done as well as answered questions along the way. He & Sam were both courteous & prompt. The shower looks beautiful & I would definitely use them again.
Description of Work: His services included tear out of our old shower & replaced with new tile & fixtures.

Best remodeling experience I've ever had.
Description of Work: Remodeled a small bathroom - tore out and replaced tile and, shower pan, took down wallpaper, painted, replaced heater/light/vent, installed sink fixtures, decorative shower tile and a shower inset.

 + -1 moreBill is extremely helpful in explaining exactly what needs to be done and what does not need repair. We asked him for a quote on several jobs that we were concerned about in our older home. He took nearly an hour to walk us through how we could easily and inexpensively do the work ourselves and save money (because our concerns were only cosmetic issues). He also gave us contacts for jobs he wouldn't be able to get to in the time we wanted. We wouldn't have known any differently if he would've charged us an arm and a leg for unnecessary work. The two jobs he did end up doing were done at exactly the time he said they would be done. He is very punctual and did a beautiful job!

I was given good ideas and I used some and others I did not. The contractor was genuinely concerned in making sure I was happy with what I was receiving. No need to even check out other contractors!

 + -1 moreHe did an excellent job. We had a spot that we needed to have a cabinet built and he built it and it was perfect. The person who owns the company did it and we liked the fact that he did his own work and he did his own measuring, and he did an excellent job. Obviously the price must have been OK, or we wouldn't have done it.

 + 0 moreBill is a dependable, helpful, wonderful person to work with........and most of all trustworthy. When he talked to us about various things, from initial planning to proposal to our additions to the original plan of work, he sat down and was in no hurry to move on until we were fully informed. He did most of the work with no family members in the house. He worked around our schedules and made adjustments and additions (the third bathroom and the wood flooring). He provides as much help in designing things as you want and does enough work in the area to know what is popular and what isn't. The people who work with him are quality, experienced remodelers within their own speciality. Bill has a lot of connections to get those special things accomplished. He made suggestions along the way and even threw in a few special things. I was almost sorry to see all of the jobs come to an end......the experience was that good.

Description of Work: Bill Weatherford came to make an in-home estimate on some remodeling to make our home handicap accessible since I will be having hip replacement and most our doorways are too narrow to accommodate a walker during the rehab period, specifically our master bathroom with five 24-inch doors into the bath, toilet and closets, and also to make the shower accessible and add grab bars. We found him very professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. Since he is booked several months out, Mr. Weatherford is coming next week to squeeze us in and make emergency changes, then booked us to return in April for finish work. ..... His estimate was detailed and complete, easy to understand and I was excited about getting the work done. However, since I am on a walker which was too wide for the bathroom door, my husband removed the door facings to allow access. When Mr. Weatherford came back he was upset that this had been done and withdrew his bid. So the work was not completed.

Bill's bid on the job was spot-on and his ability to communicate with us throughout the job was exceptional. We were very happy with the quality of his work and appreciated that he kept the work space clean and always updated us on what he was currently working on and what to expect next.  + 1 moreWe were very impressed with Bill Weatherford when first meeting him. He arrived at our home when he said he would. He was detailed when describing what he would do. He made wonderful suggestions. He provided us with a good list of references. Within 2 days he provided us with a detailed estimate of the work to be performed. He is a meticulous craftsman, careful attention to detail, a perfectionist! The work sites were cleaned throughly after each work day. He has very reliable support workers, electricians and stain finishers. He proved himself to be a man of integrity by returning to complete a very small chalking job with the correct color just as he said he would. We plan to hire him again for another job.
Description of Work: Remodeled 4 areas to ADA Standards before hanging wider doors. Placed Offset hinges on Master Bedroom Door, provided us with 2 more inches of space. Installed a 36" Solid Core Ext.Door (to garage). Stained all doors to match. Attached a "Power Access Unit" to the solid door for automatic entry. Installed 3 ceiling fans with lights. Installed 24" Grab Bar in shower. Constructed a taperd ramp in garage for wheelchair entry into home. Tiled small space left after widening walk-through area in bathroom. Moved 2 electrical boxes (one with 4 switches).

Description of Work: Bill Weatherford of Edmond Home Improvements assisted us with replacing our kitchen and bathroom counters with granite. He worked with us every step of the way. Once we chose our granite through his supplier, it was about a 2 wk time frame before it was installed. We upgraded our old corian counter tops to granite in the kitchen, bathroom, and desk areas. We were very pleased with the service from Mr. Weatherford and the granite supplier. Everyone was very professional and cleaned up after themselves. We love our new kitchen!
