+ -1 moreWe have used Raleys for several years and we always struggle in the summer to get our pool serviced timely and correctly. But this service is totally unacceptable. On May 27, 2014 I called to tell them that the pool was green, and there was no chlorine in the chlorinator. I did not want to pay for the cleaning, since the pool was not cleaned. The office said the owner would be out that day and the owner would call about the bill. No one came out. No one called. Called them back two days later, they said someone would be out. They shocked the pool on Friday - May 30 - unusable for the whole weekend. They never called. I left messages for them to call on all three phone numbers - they never called back. One week later on the regular day- Thursday, they didn't show up. Showed up the next day - today June 6 - and the pool water is cloudy, spa is not vacuumed. They left without turning on the filter. Pool isn't usable for a second weekend. And they left the water going full blast and never called to tell me...lucky I came home before it overflowed. Their website says that they call you back and fix your problems, that has not been my experience. I want to use my pool on the weekends, which is a reasonable request. I can do better...they will be fired on Monday.
Description of Work: We employ Raleys year round to clean our pool - get the chemicals right, vacuum, brush. We do not close the pool in the winter.
