concrete driveways, concrete repair
+ 0 moreThe concrete was delivered on time, however it was short 3 yards giving us 2/3 of a load for the price of a full load. When we discovered the shortage it was noted to the delivery driver, who had no comment, who neither defended the company's shortage nor acknowledge the shortage at all. When we contacted the company to inform them of the shortage, they insisted that we received a full load. So because the load was short we were forced to order (and pay for) a second partial load of 3 yards to complete the slab.
Description of Work: When we were ordering the load of concrete, 10 yards (1 full load), the representative of the company continually asked who we had hired to "finish" the concrete. I ignored the question feeling this information was irrelevant to the order. He took my order for a full load of concrete to be delivered at 4:30 p.m that same day.
