Description of Work: After they left and had to order a part for the stove, the technician called my husband back to get the serial number. My husband had to get down on the floor to look for it and my husband has rheumatiod arthritis, so he has a very hard time getting up and down. Was not pleased about this.

Description of Work: Replaced water pump on washer. After installation, began washing cycle and washer was leaking water. Called to report problem and service man came back in about one hour and re-installed hose that had vibrated off and he finished cleaning up water (I had gotten most of it up before calling). The washer had been run through a cycle before repairman left, so the washer had been tested before the repairman left. I did reduce my "quality" and "price" ratings from A to B on both these because of this problem -- perhaps the hose could been clamped better? and due to problem, it would have been nice to get a small fee reduction or a discount for future service. But, overall great service and I will recommend and use them again.

Description of Work: Fixed GE dishwasher control panel. Called ahead to confirm appointment and discuss the dishwasher's issues. Arrived with the needed part, was fast, courteous and even cleaned the stainless steel interior. Will definitely use again for all my appliances.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE HELPFUL AND ALWAYS WORE COVERS OVER THEIR SHOES, SO THEY WOULDN'T SMUDGE THE CARPET. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. THEIR PRICING WAS REASONABLE TOO.
