Description of Work: Job was done in a timely manner, work was satisfactory. The people were very nice, polite and worked efficiently. Some follow-up detail work was never addressed nor were emails or text messages regarding this work ever answered.

+ 0 moreDavid and Mary are very conscientious workers and will go the extra mile to ensure that their customers are pleased with the final result. David is a very skilled painter. Their work was done beautifully, in a reasonable time period, neatly, and thorough clean-up. They are also extremely pleasant to work with. We are very pleased with all of the work they did in our home. The painting is beautiful. The place where the skylight was in our bathroom is completely invisible - like it was never there. We highly recommend David and Mary Cotes.
Description of Work: David and Mary Cotes and their workman Jeremy did repair and painting on a water damage claim through our insurance company. It included:spray painting the ceiling in our whole living area/kitchenmain area of master bath--fill in a skylight area with sheetrock, remove wallpaper, texture and paintstudio--paint We also contracted them to paint other areas of our home (the $1500):toilet area of master bath--remove wallpaper, texture, paintoffice--paintnumerous crack repairs in house, including texturing and paintingrepaint a door frame that had not been primed properly when the house was built
