+ -1 moreIt went real well. The reason I gave him a "B"for punctuality was due to how long we had to wait on him to get to me. I understand why though... Mark not only does the sells he does the installation as well and he is extremely busy due to how good he is.
Description of Work: He installed new siding on a house I owned in Tulsa. He did an amazing job and totally trasformed the outside of the house to look like a new house.

+ -1 moreIt went good until he got to the finish and it came to the roof. He refused to tie into the roof line, and caulk around the windows. He did finally caulk under the windows said that the rain wouldn't come down from the top. May I ask where rain comes from? It got to the point that he threatened to put a lean on my house. My mother said that being on Angie's list the companies we get would be good and reputable BOY were we wrong. I guess with me being a woman he though he could just do what ever he wanted to do.

+ -1 more. Overall, Mark The Siding Man, was nice, prompt, and finished in a timely matter. He even worked around our busy schedule. We would diffidently use him again.
Description of Work: About 5 or 6 years ago The Siding Man (Mark) came out and put all new vinyl siding on our house. He showed us the different colors and how they differed from company to company, Mark also explained that some colors fade (example red would fade to a pink) over just a few years. 3 years ago we got a puppy, he chewed some up the siding on the corner of the house to where it looked like a mangled mess. We also had a sheep that rammed the side of the house breaking the siding. We called Mark a couple of months ago and asked if he could fix it, he came out, looked at it and said it would be no problem as long as he could fine the same color (they sometimes go out of style), which he was able to. So we set up a date and he came out and within a few hours it looked brand new.

THE SIDING MAN offers the following services: We offer services of vinyls siding, replacement windows, guttering, patio covers, decks & storm doors.
We do not do work on lead based painted homes. We did do the training but it requires so many things to be compliant that we chose not to do so that brings the cost of the job up so high that most people will go a different route. That means that if your home was built before Jan 1975 we can test it for lead based paint and do the work if if comes back negative or we will do work on it for your existing vinyl siding.
