Vannoy's crews are always quick, knowledgeable and polite. They did some troubleshooting, then replaced the worn-out pump and pipes in the well. They were sure everything was working properly before they left. I have used them several times before and I have always been satisfied.

We noticed that our water pressure had dropped and we could hear our well pump running constantly, so we called the phone number for Vannoy and Sons and left a message on Thursday, June 25, but we did not receive a call back until Tuesday, June 30. Evidently, the Vannoy's were out of town because of an illness in the family, and that is why we didn't hear back from them for five days. (That's why we gave them a "B" instead of an "A" for responsiveness.) Once they did contact us, they were prompt, professional, and helpful. After Cory diagnosed the problem, he gave me the option of replacing the old pipe or simply repairing the leak in the old pipe. I chose to have the old pipe replaced, so he left to pick up the pipe and another worker and returned about an hour and a half later. I watched as they pulled the old pipe, and they showed me where it was leaking. After they pulled the pump, they also showed me where the valve was leaking, which allowed some of the water to be sucked back down into the pump, rather than being pushed upward. They seemed comfortable having me watch them as they worked and were willing to answer all of my questions. They made sure that everything was working right before they left. I am very happy with Vannoy & Sons and would readily recommend them to anyone.

Vannoy & Sons Drilling came when they said they were going to. They fixed the problem right on the spot. I didn't have to wait very long for them to fix it at all. They were professional and competent.
