Provider was courteous on the telephone, answered all questions and provided a prompt appointment. Provider called to say he was running 15 minutes late and arrived only 10 minutes late. Cameron and Aaron were professional at all times, really knew their business, did a good job, cleaned up well afterwards and even helped relight pilots that went out when the gas was turned off. It is wonderful to find someone so nice that is professional and reasonable. Would highly recommend.

I have called Cameron at Kirkland Plumbing several times, and once again, his service was exceptional. He arrived a few minutes before the scheduled time and went right to work hooking up my new gas grill. He was finished in less than fifteen minutes and showed me how to use the grill. I just moved to a new home, and I asked him to look at the installation of a shower fixture while he was here - even though I've been waiting for the builder's plumber to come look at it. Cameron explained the problem and told me that it would not be an easy fix. I think of him as a problem solver, so I appreciated his assessment of the situation. I trust Cameron and know he is always honest. In my opinion, he did not charge me enough for his services today. How often can you say that?

I called and set up an appt. for a wall leak which I had in one of my toilets. I had purchased a valve repair kit, but was unable to install it, because I could not turn off the wall valve and the water continued to leak. Cameron came out and when I showed him the kit he made his 1st "dishonest" statement. He noted "oh that is the kind of kit that requires all components" (paraphrasing his verbiage), but he let me know that I needed a kit which was all inclusive of the valve, toilet handle, etc. Less than 30 min. later he came down, handed me the bill and noted I owed him $125.00. I said " YOU WERE HERE LESS THAN 30 MIN"...he said he knew but he was chging. me a min. of $85 labor and he chged. me $40 for parts. After he left, I cked. the toilet and realized he had USED MY PARTS. I immediately sent him an e-mail. He telephoned, upset I had sent the e-mail and asked why I hadn't called him. I noted I document such things "in writing. Phone calls can't always be documented. I wanted it "in writing" that I had contacted him w/my concerns. He was extremely rude and sarcastic, noting he had spent over $40 on the other parts. I believed he was dishonest with me, as I'm a single, senior, female and have continued to be taken advantage of by countless service persons. I informed him of this and told him, "honesty is what I was seeking". I informed him he had not been truthful about the valve kit, most especially since he used my parts. Several days later I was at Ace Hardware and took photos of the prices/pictures of the add. items he used. THEY WERE NOT $40 AS HE CITED AND I KNEW THEY WERE NOT THAT EXPENSIVE. (especially when he purchases them wholesale AND Ace is more expensive than H. Depot or Lowe's), so his cost would have been less than $15.00 as indicated in the photographs. THEY ALSO DO NOT COME IN A COMPLETE kit as he noted (which I knew was incorrect or he would not have used my valve repair kit and added the other components). DISHONESTY IS one of my greatest pet peeves. Had he just noted he increased his time and the supplies, I could have better accepted the chgs. He was extremely argumentative and dishonest.

This vendor is extremely professional and timely. I had him come and provide a bid and unfortunately we did not use him do to a change of plans but because he was so responsive we called back as soon as we needed a plumber. He was punctual, courteous and very upfront with what the cost would be. Not to mention that the work was done in 1/4 of the time that we expected it to be done.

Cameron was very professional. We originally had another plumber install a cartridge in our master shower. The pipe started to vibrate and knock on the drywall after the new cartridge. Since our house was only a year old, we talked to the builder and had his plumber look at the problem too. Come to find out it was the original plumber who first installed the cartridge that caused the problem. When a different cartridge was installed the pipe knocking stopped.

I picked this provider based on reviews from Angie's List. They arrived early and quickly diagnosed the problem and gave an estimate. The hot water heater needed replacing. Because I am a renter, I found out that I could not use Kirkland's to complete the work, but I would have done so otherwise. The service call was only $75. I would recommend this company to anyone else needing plumbing repairs.

Company was very quick and easy to make an appointment with. The technician was at our home for maybe 15 minutes on 8/22/14 to diagnose the problem. We were told the part would need to be ordered and should arrive the following Monday or Tuesday. Received a call on Tuesday (8/26) afternoon and the technician arrived about 25 minutes later to replace the thermocouple. He was here less than 20 minutes. I was pleased with everything except for the price. The total bill was $175 to replace a $40 part. We have not needed any plumbing work done previously so I do not know how this compares but $135 for <35 minutes of labor seems a bit ridiculous. Does that seem normal for those of you who have hired for a similar service? I am hopeful that the part replacement will fix the problems we were having, but I think we will hire elsewhere for future plumbing services.

Service was on-time, even a little early which is always helpful. Professional and prompt, got the work finished in a quick but careful manner. Very reasonable service call fee. Would recommend and use again.

I called Cameron about 1:00 PM today and told him my water heater was shot. He said he could be at my home at 6:00 or 6:30 PM and asked if that was ok. I told him it sure was since we hadn't had any hot water for 2 days. At about 5:00 PM Cameron called and said he would be at my house in 15 minutes. He arrived on time, removed the old water heater and installed the new one in approximately one hour. Within thirty minutes I had hot water again. Cameron is a very personable young man and very efficient. He definitely knows his business, I would highly recommend him to everyone.

Cameron showed up on time and quickly gave me an estimate. Asked enough question for me to have faith in the estimate. Friendly and relaxed. I've decided to leave the gas line where it is but will definitely use for my next plumbing project.

The provider was prompts and courteous. He was clear about the approximate cost for services before work. Rated cost as B, because I think it was fair, but not "budget". Area was clean afterwards. Will definitely use again.

We noticed leak by the city meter. The dial on the meter was spinning slowly even when everything was turned off except the master shut off. We were alerted to the problem when the city of Edmond came out. The city's water lines had a leak too; however, our meter also indicated a small leak. I called Brandon on Saturday, 5 Jul. He returned my call right away. We discussed the problem and scheduled service for 9 Jul. I was thinking worst case like a leak in the slab or under the driveway. Brandon arrived per the arranged time. We discuss the problem again. He directed his focus on the hot water tank, and quickly identified the problem. A few minutes later, and the leak was fixed. We also noticed a possible slight leak in the hot water tank, which will needs replacing but maybe we can get by for now. Brandon did not pressure us to replace the hot water tank. He is honest and up front. This is the second time we have used Kirkland Plumbing. We are very pleased. Thanks Brandon

When was the last time a service provider called you up and asked permission to arrive early? This one did, and, of course, I agreed! So, he most certainly was prompt. He got the job done very efficiently and quickly (he had the necessary parts with him in his truck). He is low-key, soft spoken, minimum of fuss, knows his stuff. The faucets work beautifully now. No leaking. I wish I had called him sooner, and when the need arises for other repairs, I certainly will call him again. I highly recommend.

Our old hot water heater developed a leak, and Kirkland Plumbing came out the very next afternoon (within 24 hours of contacting them) and installed a new hot water tank. Very professional installation and worksite clean when they were done. Very pleased with their response time and workmanship. I have more plumbing projects, and will most likely use them again.

Second time I've used Kirkland. Found him originally on Angie's list and I'm totally satisfied. He was easy to work with, we arranged a convenient appointment time that was quick for me. He got there on time, had all the parts and tools. Gave me options for level of repair and he fixed it up perfectly immediately (the tub's faucet replacement). I had an additional potential problem with one of the roof-vent cleanouts and he took a look at it and gave me an evaluation of what he felt I should do (or not do). Overall he solved ALL my problems, he was quick and efficient - great to deal with and his price was super. I was impressed he had the parts to repair my older faucets and didn't need to make a trip to the store. I'd use him again and again for my plumbing.

I got 2 other quotes for this job and Kirkland Plumbing was right in line with both. Cameron came to my house within a couple hours of my call. He came the next day at 0900 to began work. He was thorough and checked for another leaks with the pipes in the area. He had told me the job would take 4-5 hours & sure enough he was finished by about 2:00pm. He also said Kirkland Plumbing guaranteed all parts & labor as long as we owned this house. About a week later we noticed there was no hot water coming from one of the tanks. I called Kirkland Plumbing & again Cameron was at my house in a couple of hours. He told me one of the connections was leaking. He fixed this and resealed all other connections just to be sure. We were very pleased with Cameron & Kirkland Plumbing & will call them again.

I bought a new gas clothes and needed a valve installed, Cameron did this. also one of the hoses was rusted on the faucet for the clothes washer and this was repaired.

Cameron answered the phone promptly when I called, was polite and knowledgable, and scheduled next-day service with me. Scheduled for noon, but finished jobs early and so called to make sure coming early would be okay. Was in and out in under and hour, and the work is perfectly as described. Provided me with the cost prior to doing work. Not a lot more you could ask out of a service org like this. An "A" straight across the board.

Cameron arrived on time for the scheduled appointment. He replaced the hot water heater drain and was kind enough to listen to a couple of other concerns. He actually solved a problem regarding my hot tub that I had tolerated for years. Excellent service. Very patient and thorough.
