Cameron was punctual, professional, courteous, and worked quickly to fix the problem. The price was within the estimate even though I think he may have done some extra stuff. He also was flexible and worked with my schedule, was even able to come the same day I called. I would recommend them.

Cameron repaired the toilets efficiently and replaced both of their shut off valves. He also fixed the annoying dripping laundry room faucet. He even arrived the same day as my husband called him, which was a pleasant surprise and answered all my questions patiently.

The initial work was solid and I have no issues with it. It is with the follow-up service where Kirkland Plumbing misses the mark. Three times they missed appointments to service our tankless system. This is very unprofessional especially if you arrange your schedule and are waiting for them to show up. I like Cameron. And I am not sure what is happening behind the scenes. But his reputation is at risk here. I hope he gets it together and communicates more effectively.

He dug half a day but didn't charge me anything when he found out the repair would be much more involved than what we both thought. Very professional and I couldn't believe that he didn't didn't want to make me pay. That is unheard of these days. I would definitely hire him for any future plumbing work I need. First he showed up an hour late with no notice. After he finally go here not only was he unable to clear the line but when he ran some water for a test it started leaking through the ceiling again. He said there was nothing he could do and left me with water literally draining through the ceiling of my house. Also charged us $125.00 for doing absolutely nothing. I've actually never left a bad provider review before but who just leaves with water draining through the ceiling of a clients house. And who for that mater would charge for it...

Plumber was very professional and very clean and organized.

Cameron came by and asked a few questions, he rooted out the drain for $180. He did a good job, however I provided a C rating on pricing, because in past similar type jobs I would pay about half as much. I will hire again and see if the price equalizes. If no, I will look else where. I will be re-modeling and need a good plumber at a good price.

Called Kirkland's on a Sunday afternoon after discovering my hot water was leaking. Cameron came out the next day, diagnosed the problem and installed my new hot water heater. Great prompt service at a reasonable price.

Once they found the leak they were able to get the job done quickly and professionally. I like their work so much I asked them to change out some faucets, install a garbage disposal and fix some other plumbers idea of a water slide or something. Everything turned out great.

I paid $50 that included the parts as well as the service. That was absolutely a good deal for a plumber. They did a fine job.

They did a good job and it cost $75. I would use them again and just recently, our son-in-law is finishing a bedroom for our granddaughter. He has done all the work himself except the plumbing. He called me and asked who I recommend and I told him about Kirkland. He subsequently employed them to do the plumbing for the new bathroom.

My hot water tank was leaking badly over weekend (over ten years old) and I knew it was rusting out. Called around noon Monday and he said he would come by and look at it and give estimate around 3:00 that afternoon. He did ask the size of the tank. He arrived within 5-10 minutes of 3:00 and took a look at the configuration and gave a fair quote. I figured he would say he would come back in morning to begin work but he brought the right tank with him and began work immediately. Great job, great clean up afterwards. he was out by 4:45. It has been a couple of days since installation and no problems. I had always used a different plumbing service in my house but they did not get back to me in a reasonable time. I will call Kirkland first every time now. Thanks a lot!

Cameron was punctual, professional, patient, and communicative. He explained the situation and what options I had in terms of repairs--I didn't feel pressured into making a more costly repair than was necessary (as I have experienced with some companies in the past). I did opt for the most extensive repair option because it truly seemed to be the best choice. Cameron and co. worked diligently and completed the project within the timeframe allotted despite several setbacks/complications. Will keep Kirkland on our list for all future plumbing repairs!

Not being charged for his work was a real surprise and is one reason I would use them again.

We called Kirkland plumbing as we recently had issues with water in the drip pan of our water heater, as well as water hammer noises from our pipes. Additionally, we had what appeared to be a pressure issue causing the icemaker line from the wall to bank against the wall and fridge at odd hours. They showed up at the scheduled time and got to work. They let us know that the pressure coming into our house is 100 when i should be 50. They discussed options and recommended trying the less expensice option first, which was to put water hammer arresters. They also discovered that the valve on the water heatrer was not functioning properly which caused the water in the drip pan. We have always found Kirkland to be fair and to do good work.

We played phone tag for a couple of days, but he always promptly called me back. He performed the work in a timely and professional manner. When he came for me to pay the bill, the price was $100 less than anticipated. I considered the price to be fair for the labor involved. He told me what I can expect in the future as far as tree roots in the plumbing. I don't want to get rid of my trees and know that I will have to have the lines augered about once or twice a year.
