Timely arrival, professional service. Had to access exterior faucet from inside wall by cutting small hole in drywall. Offered to cover hole with panel (for future access if needed) or leave for us to patch. Vacuumed dust left by work done inside.

The guy from Kirkland Plumbing Service is honest and straightforward.

Cameron came within an hour after calling without charging us the emergency fee. He resolved the problem within minutes and charged us a very reasonable fee. We highly recommend this company and we are definitely going to use them again in the near future.

I called to leave a message at midnight when the hotwater heater began leaking and making steam noises to see if they could fit me in the next day. Kirkland called me back 10 minutes later and I explained the circumstances. He walked me through to turn it off and said it would be fine until he could come in the morning. I really appreciated not having to pay emergency services and I could sleep without worry. He promply arrived in the morning and they were able to fit me in. He completed the install, and also brought it up to code. Apparently the last plumber did not raise the water heater 18" off the ground. They also took the old water heater. The last plumber left the old one for me to dispose of. Kirkland was honest, prompt and very professional. I'm really happy that I chose them on Angie's List.

I called on Monday and he was able to do the work on the next day. Price given was lower than other estimates on A.L. He arrived on time and work performed was great! He had to remove some panel to swap out old water heater. You can't tell where. Looks great. So happy to have hot water again. I also asked where to get faucet flanges for more bath tub. He was professional and friendly and explained everything. We will use Kirland again in the future and recommend them to everyone.

Very professional. When I first called, he explained it would be a couple days before he could get by. He gave a time of 2:00pm Thursday when I called him on Tuesday. At 11:30am Thursday morning, he called & asked if it would be a problem if he showed up a little earlier, around 12:45. He showed up at that exact time, which is very much appreciated.

Mr. Kirkland arrived on time on Friday afternoon and immediately went to the drain line in the garage. He ran a motorized auger down 25 feet to clear the blockage. That evening the line seemed to drain just fine. However, the next day the drain overflowed again. Mr. Kirkland returned to the house and ran the auger an additional 30 feet at no charge. Things are running smoothly now.

The service guy was very punctual and friendly. Appreciated the fact he took care of the issue in a short period of time. I was very pleased with the service of Kirkland Plumbling.

We called about our hot water tank not working and Cameron came out within 3-4 hours (exactly when he said he would) and determined it had an internal leak. I had always replaced hot water heaters myself, but i also had a car to fix over the weekend, so we needed to pay to get it done. Cameron scheduled for the next morning at 9, but called about 8:30 saying he needed to delay 30 minutes (which was nice for the warning). He showed up on time and finished all the work within 2 hours. While making out the check, he even tested our kitchen faucet for hot water and noticed lower pressure. He took the faucet apart and cleaned it at no charge. Overall we were very pleased with the professionalism and quality work.

I left a message 48 hours ago and never got a return call. I tried on several occasions calling again, never any answer. I hired Water Boy's Plumbing instead and they were fantastic.

Mr. Kirkland arrived at the appropriate time, spent approximately one day doint the work and finished up. He returned a few days later to apply the trim to the project and all was well.

I called Cameron to get a quote for a leaking shower faucet. I called a few other places from Angie's List before calling Kirkland Plumbing and Cameron quoted me the cheapest price. I went ahead and asked for a quote for a new water heater and once again he quoted me the cheapest price compared to others. I told him I wanted to get both. He showed up on time and was very professional. The quality of work was outstanding. I would recommend this company to others and will use them again in the future.

Called Mr. Kirkland about 11:30 am and left a message. He returned my called about 10 min. later, I explained the problems I had been having with my gas water heater and said he would be at my home at 3pm the same day. He got here right at 3pm as he had said and was very friendly and professional. He checked the water heater and recommended the thermocoupler be replaced and explained why. After he was finished he took the time to answer my questions I had in laymans terms. As indicated in my Overall experience ratings I would VERY HIGHLY Recommend Mr. Kirkland to my family/friends and bussinesses. I choose Kirkland Plumbing after going on Angies List website and reviewing MANY plumber's.

The pilot light went out and the tank began to leak at my daughter's house while I was there. I checked for a highly rated plumber in the area. We called Kirkland Plumbing. It was already late morning but Cameron said he would come by 3pm. Happily, he called back and said he could make it by 2pm if we would like. Well, yes! So he checked it out, said he would replace the tank for $850. He said he would be back by 6pm. Happily again, he was able to do it at 4pm if that would be ok. Well, he came and got things done, the same day, doing everything he said he would do. My son-in-law loves the professional that Cameron is. He is pleasant, efficient, neat, reasonable, knowledgeable, and reliable. What a pleasant surprise to find such a good plumber. He will be the new family plumber from now on.

We had a constant flow of water from our back flow valves on our sprinkler system. Apparently they had frozen and busted some time ago, and were rusted and not functional. Kirkland responded quickly and was at our Ouse within a couple of business days. They not only replaced the bad parts, but wrapped them in insulation to help prevent further damage. Very courteous and professional and most importantly, got the job done quickly and correctly.

Our water heater was leaking. Cameron came out the same day that I called to give me a free estimate to replace the water heater. After discussing the quote with my husband, we decided to go ahead with the work. We were able to get the work scheduled very shortly thereafter. Cameron came with one other worker, performed the job quickly, and cleaned up the work area afterwards. There was an issue with water pressure after the heater was installed; however, Cameron came out the same day we called and took care of it. I was very pleased with the service.

I would highly recommend Cameron's services. He came out on New Year's eve to give us a quote to replace our hot water heater. It was not an emergency situation ours was 15 years old and we knew nearing end of life. I called not expecting anyone till after the new year and he offered to be out the next day. After arriving, he assessed the situation and said nothing would need to be done to bring it up to code so he quoted me a reasonable price and said he would be out on New Years day to install. We had told him no rush but he said he would be there as long as he had a replacement available, through not fault of his own the heater was out of stock so he ended up scheduling us for the 3rd which worked perfectly with us. Cameron was very professional and had the job done in a few hours and left everything clean and ensured it was working properly. He also followed up the next day to make sure everything was in working order. I will definitely use his service again for any plumbing needs that arise!

I left a voice mail on the initial call and it was returned in less than 30 minutes. An appointment was made to come out and give me a quote for laying a new gas line to my shop. He arrived as scheduled, gave me a quote, set a time to do the work. A couple of days later, he came out, trenched, installed the gas line, and cleaned up the area, all in a few hours. I now have a heated shop. I would definitely use them again. Nice young man and hard worker.

Punctual, professional, and personable -- Cameron Kirkland was a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend Kirkland Plumbing. Let's face it. A good plumber's services are never inexpensive. But Kirkland's prices are very competitive, and the service is stellar. I especially appreciate the fact that this company makes calls from early in the morning until late in the evening. Being "open for business" until 10 p.m. without an extra charge for those late hours is great for anyone, but especially for working people who can't take time off to be home for the plumber. I will absolutely use Kirkland Plumbing in the future.

They were quick to respond to my first voicemail I left them and were able to come out the very next day to give me a quote. I scheduled services and they completed the work in approx 6 hours, 2 of which were spent out buying new parts they needed. After service was completed I had called for them to return and look at the issues we were having. It took 3 voicemails and 5 days before they returned my call. They came back out but said everything looked fine and to just not run too much water at once to give the sink time to drain.

Kirkland completed the job within 12-24 hours of my inquiry. The are fast and professional. I will be using Kirkland for any plumbing jobs I have in the future.
