Cameron was very courteous and professional.

They replaced a toilet in my daughter's house in norman and then left the old toilet in the front yard...without mentioning they were going to do that. When my daughter contacted them to ask if they could dispose of it for her, they just said "no." So the toilet sat there for weeks until she could find someone to help her lift and dispose of it.

Very well, very polite, & patient. They repaired everything and waited for me when I was late.

We use Kirkland for all our plumbing (and we live in an old, old house). They are dependable, reliable, kind and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them.

The hot water heater was installed by a company provided plumber. Six months later I came home to a sagging sheetrock celling. Unable to get around in the attic to find the source of the leak I removed a section of wet sheetrock and found the leak. The connection from the hot water heater into the house was leaking at the connection the "other" plumber made. Kirkland cutout the old connection and installed a new proper connection. The whole job took 30 minutes and was very pleasantly surprised to get a bill for $80.00 on a service call at 6:00 PM.

We had Cameron do an estimate on replacing/repairing our water heater, and then we got another that was WAY higher. They had to bring everything up to code (the house is 11 years old) and install and Eco-friendly system. Cameron came out on a Sunday and didn't charge extra. He did a great job, and we were very happy with his work. The pilot light went out the next day. He came out and took a look and saw that there was slight leak in one of his seals. He fixed it at no additional charge, and we haven't had another issue. I feel confident that we are "up to code", and the other guys were just sticking it to us.

I called Cameron after another plumber who came highly recommended by the manufacturer came out, started the job, told me he needed a part and would be back on Monday and then never returned or answered my calls. Cameron scheduled the visit, brought the necessary parts and showed up on time. He is very quiet, very polite and very efficient. He worked quickly, kept me informed of his progress and did an awesome job. He also noticed that the recirculating valve had been disabled contributing to annoyingly long waits for hot water in our upstairs showers. His rates were better than the previous plumber. I would gladly use his services again and recommend him to anyone in need of a great, honest, owner/operator model company.

Service man was punctual and professional. He was quick yet efficient.

See above - Cameron is great. I have used him for probably 4 years or more now at various properties and always been pleased. He does a great job, timely and at a reasonable price. After years of bad experiences with other over priced plumbers, I now use Cameron for all plumbing needs, and will continue to do so in the future.

Cameron was very responsive, and glad to communicate via text (a real convenience for me). I requested that he contact my tenant to arrange a time to perform the service, and he confirmed that he would - the next thing I heard was a 'thank you' from my tenant and a confirmation text from Cameron that the job was done. That is just what a landlord wants to hear!

Cameron did a great job with everything especially with the sump pump installation as we have not had one ounce of water in our basement since the installation. Previously (prior to sump pump installation) we would get at least 12-15 inches of water in our basement during flash floods or several days of rain. He was very prompt to come out and do the work within only a few days of coming by and giving us an estimate on the job. We appreciate his "can do" attitude as opposed to other plumbers we have called before in which they thought our old house would be too much work for them. Other plumbers also quoted us more on the price for this job and Cameron was very fair on his price. He has/is already doing more plumbing work for us since this review (installed a new toilet for us to use for the contractors working on our renovation, fixing small mistakes made by the plumber who did rough in work for us previously on the renovation) and has already given us a reasonable bid for finishing up our final plumbing needs for new installs on fixtures in all our bathrooms, kitchen, mini-bar, and mini-kitchen in den. We are happy to find a small business plumber in OKC like Cameron who has a great work ethic and is comfortable with working with older homes, gets the work done timely, and is very fair on his prices compared to larger companies of plumbers who never send out the same guy to you twice. Like another reviewer said previously, I have Cameron stored in my contacts of my phone and will always call him for my plumbing needs from now on. I also plan to submit an additional review in the near future once we have completed the renovation of our house and Cameron has finished with all the final plumbing needed to assist us in completing the renovation.

I contacted him on a sunday morning, leaks always seem to happen on weekends. He came to the house at the time he said he would, it took awhile to locate leak due to it being in the slab concrete. He explained how it was a unknown until he cut the concrete out to expose the pipe and it would cost alot. He arrived when he said he would to do the work and waisted no time in demo the concrete, leak was where he felt it was, he fixed the pipe and poured concrete and finished the floor as if nothing had ever happened. He shows up when he says, is very profesional,and does a Quality Job. Will use them again, You can count on them.

The tankless he installed was a very good model, much better than those offered at home depot or lowes. I had a few issues with the original install but Cameron made a free visit to correct the issues.

Three days before Thanksgiving, I had a water leak draining into my carpet. I could not tell what the problem was exactly. I had been dealing with an old washing machine for quite some time, but this was a different . I called Cameron and left a message on his voice mail. He "worked me in" his busy schedule and came out to the house the same day. He carefully checked the water heater and the washing machine, but found no major problem. He did counsel me on the small leak in the water heater, that this would need to be replaced in the future, as it would only get worse. I definitely will call him in the future for any plumbing needs

They were very efficient and they were excellent. They came out and did the job in two days. They were actually understated their estimate so I believe them to be and they are very credible plumbers. These guys were fairly competent. They are not a huge company though and they got all their stuff with them. They measured everything they did, they were really exact things for a plumber and they made the 9 degree bends. They made sure that was a perfect turn. The plumbers were very profession and clean and didn't smoke cigarettes. They were very professional and very courteous. I just can't think of anything that they did that I didn't like so I believe they are going to go pretty far with their prompt service and they have got plenty of work which impressed me. They are a good solid company.

Cameron rescheduled my appointment but he did it a couple of days ahead, so no big deal. He arrived right on time for the rescheduled appointment and completed the work quickly and efficiently. He wasn't the cheapest plumber I called for the job (changing a toilet), but it was worth it to pay a little more to have the service done at a time that was convenient for me. I was a little surprised that he does not haul off the old toilet, but he loaded it in my trash buggy and the garbage service took it away on trash day so, again, no big deal. I'll use him again.

This is the second time Cameron has done work for our home. Both times he was on time, listened to me describe the issues, described possible causes and solutions, then fixed the issues in a reasonable amount of time. This second visit, I asked him to service our Noritz tankless water heater, check our water softener, and also adjust kitchen faucet/sprayer that kept drooping. He graciously agreed to handle all three and did a fine job. So glad to have found Cameron and Kirkland Plumbing......number is stored in my contacts!

I am impressed with his professionalism and friendliness. I have found a new plumber!

Called Kirkland Plumbing and left a message ar 9:00 a.m.. Two minutes later he called back and made an appointment for 11:3a.m. He arrived on time and did preliminary check of the hot water heater to see if it was the heating element or the thermostat. He eliminated the thermostat as the problem. He then drained the water heater, replaced the heating element. He the waited until the water started to heat (about 15 minutes). During that time I asked him about the need to drain the water heater because of sediment build up. He said yes, about once a year and described how to do it. He was on time, courteous, and I believe fair on the pricing of the service. When I need work done again, I will cal Kirkland Plumbing.

They came an hour and half late. They did the work extremely quick. No issues with the service. They did not charge me since they were late.

I called Cameron and he was able to schedule an appointment for the same day. He was arrived at the agreed time. They were able to resolve the issue that had been a problem, since we had not been able use our kitchen faucet for about a month. The manufacturer kept sending replacement parts that would not work. Cameron was great! Fast service!

Cameron came out twice - both time one time and both times he was very professional and friendly. When he came for the estimate he took his time to determine the problem and the cost. When he came to perform the work he again was on time, professional and friendly. He wasted no time in accomplishing the repair but more important, he did not rush the job. He was neat and cleaned up after the job. Upon completing the job he provided an explanation of the work done. I will use Cameron for future plumbing work and have already recommended him to some friends.
